I prefer using wisdom technology over military force. But first, one must realise when to use either defence or offense effectively. Defence is use with the military( controlled by congress with the help of generals ) It's purpose is to educate , to inspire a better Iraq . Congress must also have a military force to have balance of power. By drawing a circle around Bagdad, the defence should be perform inside. Outside the circle needs offence for those entering the circle. Offence without wisdom equals disaster.
Defensive plan:
1. education
a. show a movie of the history of the United States, of our Civil War, our stupidity
b. it is way to reach enlightenment without fiighting
c. show movies of future Iraq , what it could be
d. show a movie of how to build a greenhouse(powered by solar) - two plexyglass on the top, circulation of cool air in between , and controlled temperature inside. It might work.  |

Education is difficult because in most cases of civil conflict two very ''plausible'' sides to the argument can be taken and in the end neither side will win as it is usually a compromise.
Even if you did try to ''educate'' who would be the ones portraying the information? Either side would have a substantially biased view of history.
