is it even possable that a arc this size could have ever possabley floted?
i mean it was 450x75x45 feet made out of wood and had 3 decks
and the storms lasting 40 days
and floods remaining for 260 days?
and what realy disturbs me is at the end Noah and family told to multiply and repopulate the earth.
1.all the animals depicted wouldent be able to fit in the boat
2.the boat that size wouldent be able to sutane its shape being made out of wood
3.would they be able to survive 300days on a boat? im shure thay cant eat eny of the animals they brong
4.they only brong 2 of every kind of animal!
so when they had babys the babys would have to reproduce with there parents or them selfs!!!
5. only noahs fammaly was left. WTF? there gona reproduce with each other?
THAT WOULD MAKE MUTATIONS is no wonder everyones so meny people are stupid theses days!

If I'm being closed minded, I'd say its from this:

A mix of this Deluge and this Deluge, then Chineese whispers. But I do believe in the great flood.

There is another flood I believe in too. I am a monument to all your sins.

I posted my serious topic, the flood idea (if I'm being closed minded) is a mixture or the real floods that would have happened because of the ice caps melting and the biblical addition. Thats all it bottles down to. A boat like that in the terms that The Bible says for all I know could have been done for the reasons it says within it. I don't know though because I know naff all at the end of it, all I can do is theorised. And crack jokes. If you said something about the ark of the covenant, well I could chuck two things in there for starters Very Happy.

If that happens, all posts from your original post will be deleted, so on the menu it will say 0 posts. I think my points are decent anyway and both contain seriousness and humour.

They can, or trash it. One or the other. If Megabrain were still here, I dunno. You'll probably get a few posts on top of ours eventually anyway, but ones that will show reasons behind Noah's ark being gobblydegook. So thats personally why I don't bother asking these kind of questions any more, folks already have one path set; negativity, so what dabble in that?

I understand there is geological evidence of an enormous flood taking place in the persian/middle eastern region about that time. Specifically the Iranian region.
