since the plant take energy from the sun and the sun is main source of energy n it is made up of hydrogen (about 70%) and helium (about 28%)Carbon, nitrogen and oxygen make up 1.5% and the other 0.5% is made up of small amounts of many other elements such as neon, iron, silicon, magnesium and sulfur.(taken from web)
can we make a bulb or something else wif these gases in plantation place? or we can depend on our own created so call mini sun or wad ever at night ? |

The composition of the sun is not what is important, it is the wavelengths of light. Plants absorb light at all wavelengths except green, and they do this through a series of pigment molecules like carotenes and chlorophyls. The sun emits light at all wavelengths so sunlight is useable by plants, we are capable of making many types of light bulbs that produce light that is useable by plants.
Edit: Well the composition is sorta important, but it's not necessary for those wavelengths to be produced on Earth lol. |

| I've heard about greenhouses with glass that changes the wavelengths of incoming sunlight, so as much as possible of the incoming light is in wavelengths usable for plants. |

| Also it's not necessarily a good thing to have sunlight constantly in a greenhouse. Many plants rely on daylength/nightlength to determine germination time, while other rely on day night cycles for when they perform the lightindependent processes of photosynthesis. Oxygen destroys the enzyme ribulose bisphosphatase which is needed by the plant to fix carbon to make glucose, but at the same time the plant produces oxygen during the light dependent processes of photosynthesis. Some plants have evolved to fix this problem through compartmentalization, others through temperal seperation of the processes. |
