Could I ask which time zones are used in this science forum?
There is a six hour difference between being logged in, and simply reading some of the posts when one is not logged in.
When logged in, for example, the time given is six hours ahead of the other. I accept the fact different time zones may be used. I am not criticising this.
I live in the UK and, as I said above, I simply want to know which zones are used here!

The bottom of the main page has a note for deviation from Greenwich Mean Time. Logged in it puts me at GMT-7, unlogged it says GMT-5. GMT-7 is my location time zone. The server might then be located in the GMT-5 zone.
Also remember that the forum software and data base are obviously corrupted, so... Who knows?
