You need to download more RAM
You can do so here:
Download More RAM!
Please reference me as a referral- if I get five referrals, I can download a whole new motherboard for free!
I already have 32 GB of RAM why do I need more, that doesn't make sense.
It sems to be working now so this is an intermittent problem.
It is and it does it to me, as well.
Another constant issue is you make a post... wait for it to appear... but instead a pop up asks if you want to 'leave page' or 'stay on page.'
Either way, it's trying to submit your post -Twice- although you submitted it once.
If you click leave page, it shows your post as it was when you were typing it and says you must wait a certain amount of seconds to make the post. You must them leave that page again, then go back to the thread- where you will see your post as it should be... But if you don't and resubmit it because it tells you to and you KNOW you only submitted once the first time, then it will appear as a double post.
Most vexing.
But I'm not being allowed access to this forum at times at all.
Have you been put on the 'miserable-users' list? If so this can mean that everything you do is deliberately slow.
"DownloadMoreRam" is using their computer capability to let individual private computers store data outside their use unit, and then send it back as their computer needs it; I may be all wet, not being a real computer guy, but in MY OPINION, (note that), sending one's own ram data to an outside stranger is just plain NUTS.
One: You do not have any idea what they may do with your data, other than simply store it for you, and make it available upon demand.
Two: Sensitive data could be easily used against you. For example, what if personal credit data is present in stuff sent them? Ya wanna trust them?
Three: The need for more RAM, as pointed out above, is pretty doubtful. Most computer users do not engage in multiple site, all at once used, information, and thus their own RAMs are surely more than adequate in capacity. For example, someone above has 32gigs of RAM available. He downloads, say, a picture using 1Meg of space, he has used 1/32,000 of the space available, if my figgers are right. Put another way, he would need 32,000 of those pictures to fill his RAM. IF a RAM is being used near capacity, two options should be available: either the excess goes over into the hard drive, or it is lost, being "over-written" by the new stuff coming in.
Or, maybe i'm all wet!jocular
Edit: My old obsolete hunk here has 216Gig of hard drive space available, the RAM I do not know, but likely twice that.

crap, it even double posted..(thank god now you can read whats above..)
RAM is random access memory, used for "Short Memory" in running of applications. It's hardware- and which is why the concept of downloading more RAM was entirely in jest
That said, you most likely have between 512m to 4g RAM.
Why does this person show as having zero posts?
While many people have 4 Gigs or less of RAM I bought a new MOBO that allows me to install up to the 32 Gigs that I use. It helps when I'm gaming or doing editing of pictures. RAM is used for short term stuff freeing up the processor for faster speeds. I also use a overclocking program that the MOBO manufacturer gave me to install if I wanted to use it. It does speed up the processor but it creates more heat while doing so which means I'm using the processor up at a faster rate than if I wouldn't overclock it.RAM is random access memory, used for "Short Memory" in running of applications. Seems that whatever the problem that was besetting me earlier today has resolved itself, at least for the time being . Maybe we won't be having those interruptions any longer, I hope not.
