    Hello. I've noticed the only user group is "Moderators", I think the usergroups utility can be used much more efficiently to its fullest potential.

    I think it would be beneficial, albeit thought provoking, if users were allowed to create groups (Each group would have a membership list, group moderators, and a group discussion board organizing topics into sub-forums much like the main forums we have now). I also think it would be fun to have a forum-wide vote on something like this.
