Thread: Uploading pictures directly

This site would be much better if it were possible to upload pictures directly from your harddrive to this board. I know of other message boards with this capability.

Any chance of adding that feature in the near future?

I've thought about it in the past, the problem is people tend to abuse such a service. Uploading photos so they can run ebay auctions and such. It adds a lot to the bandwidth usage to the server. I may consider it if I can find an advertising method that actually helps pay for this forum, so far only $40 in Google ads in just over a year is not so good for maintaining the server costs.
