I am Doing siRNA to knock down CD206 and CD209 on human dendritic cells, but I have got a lot of dead cells after the process of transfection (cell viability was not that good) can any one help with that please??

Did you check if the siRNA has homology to any other RNA's expressed in the dendritic cell. Neither of those should affect cell viability.
