    It's amazing that in all the programs i have seen of his, the topic of religion has never once entered my mind whist watching his shows. He is the closest thing we have to a god.

    I heard from some preacher that God and humans have different qualities. But qualities like kindness, compassion, judgement are common to God and humans. It is because we humans possess the above qualities that we attribute them to God. By showing kindness and forgiving sins that have been done unknowingly we come closer to God.

    "sins"..... of course, defined by the beliefs of that religion. In other words, in a religion of lets say the Abrahamic devil, helping another would be a sin and forgiven.
