Well, there's your problem right there. This statement is
indeed untrue.
Many "imperfect" things can indeed create something "perfect" or at least.. "better".

A perfect God wouldn't of created the flood and admitted afterwards that he fucked
up and could of come up with a better punishment.
A perfect God will not need servants(Angels) to do his bidding, in that matter
he shouldn't care if one sees him or not.
And as I said before: In a perfect world Christians/Jews/Muslims would not need
a "Saviour".
p.s. I noticed that you have the same exact claim in all your posts regarding Perfection, please vary.
