If you could telekinetically control one type of element, which would you choose and why?

And how would you use it?

Feel free to look at periodic tables or element lists online.

Remember you can control the element in any state of matter (solid, liquid, gas, or plasma).

    Hydrogen. Common and highly reactive.

Plus, if I control hydrogen, I can control elements to which it binds. And they are numerous.

I'd spend all day with quarks.

And could imagine myself getting so lazy that Stephen Hawking could win an arm wrestle with me.
