    Not at all.

Brugmans first observed diagmagnetism in metals in the late 18th century. Faraday later demonstrated that this effect was not limited to metals, and coined the term.

There's a famous Youtube vid of a small frog being levitated by a magnetic field. Google for it. You will be entertained.

Also google for the term paramagnetism. You will see that "non-magnetic" objects are nonetheless affected by magnetic fields.

    No, don't. It's irrelevant here.

Perdurat -- please stop posting on subjects you don't understand. It adds noise to the conversation. It's one thing to be ignorant -- we all are -- but it's quite another to (try) to put on the show that you do. Please don't post until you have checked what you are about to assert.

to get the signal noise level to an acceptable level, how does one delete its profile on this forum? (where to find the delete profile button?)

You can't delete your profile. If you want to reduce the nonsense level just stop posting.
