Why is it that we can spend billions of dollars that could fix an economy thats failing now to build Telescopes to look for Aliens or Intelegent Life or Livable Planets, that we cant reach if we all die from global warming, that could be help greatly from the money used for telescopes to find these places , THAT we could start working on again after we fix our planet a bit, BUT!! If someone here on our planet says, they talked to or met or was taken to an Aliens planet or anywhere but here, there labeled insane, hidden away, Forced into silence, If it's aliens and other places we want to get to. Do the Aliens know the government would react just like in, "The day the Earth stood still" and only talk or reveal themselves to people or places that dont pose a threat. So if we have Aliens here visiting us living amongst us(maybe under the oceans)(there as unknown to us as the dark-matter is) why not try to better understand or work with contacties and save some money.. Or do both and come at the problem from both ends.. Heck i bet if we were able to make contact here, they could show us Exactly where to aim our billion dollar telescopes to see what where looking for.
