I guess I sometimes feel, like people are stuck in their ways. Or like something is missing out on the streets, or in the shopping mall. Like we are all hooked up to tubes, like in that movie "The Matrix."
But we are not hooked up to tubes, and people can rob you, kill you, and riots are possible.
I am not actually being honest here. But what the heck, you said you will accept fantasies. Sorry.

Yeah, the Matrix is one of the more unlikely future dystopian scenarios.

It doesn't seem likely. While the people are controlled and consume very little, they don't produce anything either. So the totalitarian leaders don't have much of anything worth totalitarianing over. Remember, the machines were getting power out of the people. But a totalitarian leader would want the poeple awake and working, making monuments and tanks and posters of the great leader.
Why in the world would "they" connect you to a tube? Why wouldn't "they" just kill you instead, if you were going to be a problem?
I think you need to quit watching movies and go outside and get some fresh air. You are losing your grip on reality.

Allright.
No matrix?
Then what about a poison capsule in each newborn's head?
To be triggered whenever it becomes a treath to society?
Though i like this idea with an electric collar, and to place it on convicted murderers. Then give the remote to the victims. Talking about building up a persons rage.. haha..
I thought some scientists have already put forth the idea we are living in a computer simulated matrix, based on the idea that computers must eventually become so powerful and run simulations of history, that according to the laws of probability it is more likely that we are actually all living in a simulation than the real reality.
