We all know Science now is about will it make money (goverment regulations) and not about will it help the human kind.I have notice a trend with communication, super computers, and populations way beyond former elite scientist of the past had and still we are using there technology.Pretty bad Russia cant fire a rocket into orbit to due moon observations without it crashing into the atmosphere with 12 tons of fuel or the U.S. cant fly a drone properly. We have made huge advancements tho like Mars Rover which is awsome, but why are we driving and reading text books still?NASA sent a man to the moon with pretty much rulers, paper and a pencil, yet oil spilled billions of gallons of the golf coast for months before it could be fix.I understand trial and error, make sure its rite before making a buck.Really,in all terms we are doomed if this keeps going on.Technology that we have will not make it into the public benefits because it dont produce revenue.Science Forum..rip me up!
