(Most to all) information in this post can be easyilly verified by "Google" searches.

I first learned about all these things from satellite dish, Link TV and Free speach TV documentaries , (book) "Crimes against nature" by R. F. Kennedy Jr., (book) "Hostile Takeover" by D. Sirota. (DVD movie) "The Billionaires Tea Party."

    (And following republican sources)
listening to Rush radio, spending time with loyal Rush Limbaugh fans, , and looking at various republican web sites like Rush Limbaughs site, The Heritige Foundation ex. ex..

note: From this point on this post may reffer to "the American republican corporate (think tank) propaganda mechanism" as the "arttpm". (and) when this post lists # values about Rush radio and Fox news (all other republican news outlets are also included in producing these # figures.)

Everything writen here is spoken about by many Americans. But avarage Americans never hear about these things.

If a NBC, CNN, or CBS reporter wants to run a story about the following (things), the CEO that is their boss will say "I dont think our viewers would like this kind of story", and then that reporter either stops talking about storys like (these), or they are fired.
(source: Fear and favor in the news room.)

This republican (think tank) propaganda mechanism (with all of its media/ web outlets) are placing (100's) of false beliefs into the brains of American republicans that are false, untrue, unreal, lies, fantasy, and not reality. Along with (1,000's) of un-true statements.

Many of these untrue beliefs are in matters of economics and science itself.

This mechanism threw Rush radio/ and Fox news, are also placing (fantasy conspiracy beliefs) into the brains of their listeners.

(Avid) Rush radio/ Fox news listeners believe that there is a communist conspiracy plot in the democratic party.

They also believe that Americas college professors are involved in a liberal/socialist/communist conspiracy plot.

This post will go on to, list and/ or give sources to over (1500) untrue statements that have been said, and believed by the American republican party in the last 15 years.

And this post will go on to show sources to 1,000's and 1,000's and 1,000's and 1,000's of un-true statements that have been said and writen by republican news outlet sources in the last 15 years.

Let me start by listing a few examples of republican beliefs that are un-true and un-real fantasy, and as I said, the following is only a small fraction of the (100's) of un-true beliefs that they have.

    (1) REPUBLICANS BELIEVE THAT TAX CUTS INCREASE GOVERNMENT REVENUES.

(reality): respected economists say that there is no evedence that tax cuts increase government revenues. Even republican economists say this.

Every economics Ph.D. who has worked in the GW Bush Administration acknowledges that tax cuts do not increase government revenue. Harvard professor Greg Mankiw, chairman of GW Bush's Council of Economic Advisers from 2003 to 2005, even devotes a section of his best-selling economics textbook to debunking the claim that tax cuts increase revenues."

    (2) REPUBLICANS BELIEVE THAT THE VERY WEALTHY ARE PAYING TOO MUCH
    MONEY IN TAXES.

(reality): A lot of Americans that make $600 million dollars a year will have aprox. 1/2 the tax rate of some one making $60,000 a year. If many wealthy Americans pay 1/2 the tax rate of regular Americans, how can the rich be paying too much money in taxes?

Warren Buffett states that he pays 1/2 lower the tax rate than his secretary or his cleaner.

    (3) REPUBLICANS BELIEVE THAT LARGE US CORPORATIONS ARE FORCED TO PAY TOO MUCH MONEY IN TAXES.

(reality) : Many US corporations that (fund) the arttpm, pay around 0%-19% of their income in taxes. These large corporations pay a lower tax rate than your avarage small bussiness. And America's ((actual)) corporate tax rate is the second lowest in the world.

GE corp. has a -0-% tax rate, and some years GE gets a $3 billion dollar tax refund.

    source: citizens for tax justice.

    (4) REPUBLICANS BELIEVE THAT GLOBAL WARMING IS NOT HAPPENING. (Rush radio and Fox news tell their listeners this.)

(reality): 97% of climate scientists believe global warming is happening, and they also believe that humans could be in extreme danger from its effects.

    (5) REPUBLICANS BELIEVE GIVING LARGE CORPORATIONS AND CEO's TAX CUTS IS THE BEST WAY TO FIX AMERICA.

(reality) This corporate tax cut money is used to build factories in China and India. And CEO tax cuts are used to buy Learjets and Rolls Royces.

And this worst part of this is, Reagan and GW Bush tax cuts are why americas deficits are so large, and americans n. debt so high.

    (6) REPUBLICANS BELIEVE THAT "THE DEMOCRATS ARE THE BIG SPENDERS".

(reality): republicans spend 2-5 times more money than the democrats. G W Bush spent more money than anyone in the history of all mankind.

One can go to wiki online "history of the United States public debt."

In the graph in the (historical debt section) (graph source: CBO in Washington) it clearly shows that even before Carter,

Every time a republican gets into the White House, Americas deficits and money added to our national debt rise. And when ever a democrat gets into the White House the deficits and money added to the debt get smaller.

And while this is happening Rush/Fox news are telling their listeners a fantasy brain flip that "the democrats spending will destroy America."

And the (5) above fantasy beliefs are the tip of the iceberge of republican untrue beliefs.

All of these above listed false beliefs go against economics and science itself. I wonder how it is even posible that the republican party is 45%-55% in control of the government of the United States Of America.

The following is the definition of "propaganda"

Propaganda is a form of communication that is aimed at influencing the attitude of a community toward some cause or position so as to benefit oneself.

I believe that propaganda happens naturally when large groups of humans spend a lot of time together. But in the case of the arttpm, it puts out (100's) of thoughts into the republican population that are not real, untrue, fantasys, and lies.

The starting place of all these un-true (and) un-real ideas, believed by the republicans are republican corporate think tanks like the Heritage Foundation, Americans for prosperity, CSE ex. ex..

Your avarage republican thinks these places (think tanks) are organizations that look out for America. But the true role of these think tanks is increasing profits in the large corporations that finance and created them. Workers at these think tanks are paid to come up with phrases, ideas, and graphs that will increase profits for the large corporations that fund them and/or created them.

After these corporate think tanks create these (corporate) public relations manipulations, these phrases and ideas are then repeated 1,000's of times by Rush radio and Fox news.

Fox news reporters actually get emails that instruct them to say certain phrases. Bernie Sanders, has spoken about a secrect daily meeting that certain high level republicans take part in. The purpose of this meeting is to decide what phrases will be repeated that day. Bernie Sanders noticed that on some days republicans in congress, Rush radio, and Fox news all say the exact same statement.

    (continued)

(The following is a scientific diagram of the leadership and information flow in the arttpm.)

    (1) CEO's of/and large corporations that fund the arttpm corporate think tanks.
(2)private multi-millionaire/ billionaire arttpm think tank funders, these mens personal views and political desires are expressed to (3) and then repeated by (3)
(3)arttpm corporate think tanks, they create ideas and beliefs that will make(1)and(2) more money, and express the desires of (2)
(4)Rush radio/Fox news, infomation that is created by (3) is repeated 1000's of times by Rush radio and Fox news.
(5)certain members of the USA congress, they repeat phrases created by (3)
(6)avid/loyal Rush radio/ Fox news fans, they hear the phrases created by(3) and end up believing all the infomation created by (3)
    (7) (6) then repeats these same ideas to their friends and co-workers in political conversations.
    (8) (some) Americans who do not listen to Rush radio/ Fox news, they hear these untrue things said by (6) and begin believing them.
    (9) (8) relates to things said by (6), and (8) repeats and believe the things created by (3).

    (propaganda techniques)
Scientists who study propaganda, cults, and human brainwashing often speak of propaganda groups repeating the same phrases over and over. This conditions their listeners to eventually believe these often repeated things. Republicans on Rush radio and Fox news tell their listeners certain arttpm phrases (1,000's) of times. And after a while Rush radio /Fox news listerners believe these (corporate think tank public relations manipulations) as reality, even though they are totally untrue and un-real.

    Part 2

The following are a ((few)) examples of phrases created by corporate think tanks. These phrases are then repeated (1,000's) of times by Rush radio and Fox news.

The main purpose of all these phrases, is to lower CEO and corporate tax rates, and make tax cuts and big corporations look good (and) they also are made to make the democrats look bad (because democrats raise taxes on bis corporations and CEO's.)

(and yes, Rush radio and Fox news actually say these things out loud.)

    (examples.)

Note: All of the following republican beliefs are un-true.

"the democrats spending will destroy America" (this makes people fear the democrats, even though democrats spend 4x less )

"tax cuts increase government revenues" (this makes tax cuts for the wealthy seem like the best thing to do)

"tax cuts create jobs" (this makes corp. tax cuts look good)

"bussiness regulations are hurting America" (these regulations are expensive for corporations.)

"corporations made America great" (this makes people believe corp.'s are the most important thing in the USA.)

"only the rich pay taxes" (makes tax cuts for the rich seem fair)

"the rich made all the right choices" (makes people think the CEOs know best)

"the democrats want to punish the rich" (this demonizes the democrats)

"global warming is not happening" (this lets Exxon Mobile make lots, lots more money)

"the Earths climate changed 150,000 years ago, so climate change is a natural thing" (this makes people think global warming is o.k.)

"the democrats will lead America to communism" (this strikes primal fear in Americans)

"Bernie Sanders is a communist" (B. Sanders is the man I learned a lot of this from)

"democrats bills in congress will destroy the USA" (large corporations do not like the democrats laws)

"democrats medical bills will take away your mothers doctor" (scares Americans about loosing medical care)

"Obama hates white people" (this makes Obama seem evil)

"Obama is a secret muslim" (this scares Americans)

"crazy Al Gore said that he invented the internet" (A. Gore raised taxes on corporations)

note: The man who actually invented the internet said "there would be no internet without Al Gore." Al Gore started the congress Bill that made the internet. Al Gore said something like this "I took the initiative to create the internet." Then the think tank tanks spun it to make Gore look crazy.

(HOW THE ARTTPM REACTS TO DEMOCRAT BILLS IN CONGRESS THAT WILL HURT ITS FUNDERS PROFITS.)

When any democrat bill is placed into congress that the arttpm does not like, the think tanks create negative phrases that Rush/Fox repeats 100's of times, this makes their listeners believe (bad) things about that bill.

(example): If Exxon Mobile does not like a global warming bill that is in congress, the arttpm will say the following things about it.
"the global warming bill will destroy American jobs"
"this bill will lead America to communism"
    "global warming is not happening."

    (OR)

(example): If insurance companys that fund the arttpm dont like a medical insurance bill that is in congress. The arttpm will say things like the following,
"this bill will take away your mothers doctor"
"this bill is socialism, and socialism leads to communism."
"this bill will cause you to get bad medical care"

(the arttpm does this with any Bill in congress that will decrease their funders profits.)

For every law in congress that the (funders) of the arttpm dont like, the arttpm will create a group of phrases that are said 100's of times on Rush radio and Fox news. This then conditions Rush radio/Fox news fans to HATE that law.

Basicly this arttpm mechanism threw Rush radio/ Fox news can get their listeners to believe anything that republican (think tanks) want them too.

    Scientists have diagramed propaganda statagy.
Some of these stratagys are the following,
    (1)censorship

Censorship is the suppression of speech or other public communication which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, or inconvenient to the general body of people as determined by a government, media outlet, or other controlling body.

The large corporations that fund corporate think tanks, and the very wealthy private individuals who fund these think tanks, realize that there are certain people and groups in America that speak negatively of the things they do.

All of the people and groups who speak negativaly about the arttpm's actions, have been (demonized) by Rush radio/ Fox news.

Rush/Fox news have told their listeners 1,000's of times that these groups will "destroy america" (and) "turn us into communists" ex. ex. ex. ex..

(The following is a list of a people and groups, that Rush radio/Fox news fans have been conditioned about by the arttpm, From Rush radio/Fox news repeating statements about them 1000's of times.)

    (1) ANY MEDIA GROUP EXCEPT RUSH RADIO AND FOX NEWS.
Rush/Fox news tell their loyal fans 1000's of times that any news group besides Rush radio and Fox news are liberally biased, so (loyal fans) will only trust (and believe) infomation from Rush radio/ Fox news.

    (2) ANY STRONG WILLED ENVIRONMENTALIST GROUP. (b/c they speak about corp. polution that is expensive to fix.)
Rush radio and Fox news repeats phrases like "environmentalist wacko" 1,000's of times, and from this conditioning, no loyal Rush radio fan will listen to anything about science or government said by these groups.

    (3) The UN (United Nations)
Republicans say things like "UN is worthless"ex. ex.

    (4) Michale Moore (Insurance corporations dont like his health care ideas.)
Rush radio and Fox news have repeated statements like the following 100's of times , "Michel Moore is a wacko" (or) "Michael Moore will turn us into communists" (or) "Michael Moore will destroy America". Loyal Rush radio/Fox news listeners have been conditioned to think that Michael Moore is a communist that will destroy America.

    (5) Bernie Sanders (B. Sanders speaks of things like I speak of here.)
I have heard Rush radio reporters call Bernie Sanders a communist many times. (Loyal/avid) Rush/Fox fans will not listen to the words of Bernie Sanders because they have been told 100's of times that he is a communist. ( I learned a lot of (this) stuff from listening to Bernie Sanders talk.)

    (6) Colleges (and) College proffesors. (they know the trueth about tax cuts, global warming ex. ex.)
Rush radio/Fox news has told its listeners 1000's of times that colleges are breeding grounds for "liberal propaganda" ex. ex.

    (7) ACLU

Republicans believe that the ACLU is a communist group that wants to abolish God.

(reality) The ACLU's founder went to Russia saw communism, and came back to America to destroy communism everywere. And the ACLU does not want to abolish God, they just dont want to force Muslims to say prayers to Jesus in schools.

((( The arttpm has done this with many, many, many, many more people/groups than listed above. )))

Rush radio and Fox news have told their loyal fans 1000's of times that the above and (simular) groups are insane, wacko, that they will destroy America, and are communists. From this conditioning, I can't make the loyal Rush radio fans I know even watch, listen, or believe any thing these groups say.

    (scientific example of arttpm censorship)

Avid/loyal Rush radio and Fox news fans only trust information from Rush radio and Fox news, any thing else is insane, wacko, lies, or will lead America to insanity, destruction and/or communism. Their only trusted source for infomation is Rush radio/Fox news, censorship was achieved by the arttpm, from republican reporters repeating phrases 1,000's of times that made their avid/loyal listers mis-trust any news group except Rush radio and Fox news. Rush/Fox is the only news source they will believe or listen to.

Is this an outline for a school project or something?

You'd need to caveat some of this stuff anyhow, changing it too Most Republics, or something similar, along with the data that supports that conclusion.

For example, I've been a republican my entire life: who thinks corporations do pay too much but also think the evidence in man-made climate change is nearly irrefutable.

Surprise! That's why I'm an Independent -- neither major party fits my views. (Actually, I think they both suck.)

    Yes. Three traitors.

(Actually, a little research, outside the corporate-sponsored media, shows that there are quite a few Israelis that feel that the Palestinians should have their own state, under their own conditions -- they just aren't in the government.)

You're talking about a specific group within the larger group of republicans out there. A group that has become so desperate for leadership that they're willing to be lead blindly along by the hand to where ever this corporate system takes them. And the think tank/propaganda system is set up to exploit that desperation.

However, it is still a group within a group, or a "subset", if you will. You should coin a name for that subset, or group within the larger group. Once you've coined a name, and defined it on the basis of your description, then you can freely describe it as you see fit. Naturally many members of that group will convince themselves you're not talking about them specifically, but that's just a risk you have to take. It's better than inaccurately including some people who don't belong in the sub group.

GE is not a Republican scandal.

    http://www.nytimes.com/2011/03/25/bu...ewanted=1&_r=1

President Obama has said he is considering an overhaul of the corporate tax system, with an eye to lowering the top rate, ending some tax subsidies and loopholes and generating the same amount of revenue. He has designated G.E.’s chief executive, Jeffrey R. Immelt, as his liaison to the business community and as the chairman of the President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, and it is expected to discuss corporate taxes.
The head of its tax team, Mr. Samuels, met with Representative Charles B. Rangel, then chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, which would decide the fate of the tax break. As he sat with the committee’s staff members outside Mr. Rangel’s office, Mr. Samuels dropped to his knee and pretended to beg for the provision to be extended — a flourish made in jest, he said through a spokeswoman.

¶ That day, Mr. Rangel reversed his opposition to the tax break, according to other Democrats on the committee.

¶ The following month, Mr. Rangel and Mr. Immelt stood together at St. Nicholas Park in Harlem as G.E. announced that its foundation had awarded $30 million to New York City schools, including $11 million to benefit various schools in Mr. Rangel’s district.
G.E. pushed back. In addition to the $18 million allocated to its in-house lobbying department, the company spent more than $3 million in 2008 on lobbying firms assigned to the task.

Mr. Rangel dropped his opposition to the tax break. Representative Joseph Crowley, Democrat of New York, said he had helped sway Mr. Rangel by arguing that the tax break would help Citigroup, a major employer in Mr. Crowley’s district.

You're right. It's just a scandal. Nowadays, I don't see much difference between the Democrats and Republicans when it comes to finance and foreign affairs. In other matters, it's the mean-spirited/selfish versus the spineless.

That's good. It only sucks their investors have to pay for the maneuvering around the US tax law. Where do I stand? I think US companies shouldn't pay a hay-penny the share of their capital and holdings on US property.

For the record though I think the Supreme court made a severe mistake last year when they effectively granted corporations unlimited ability to make anonymous political contributions.

    FUCK THAT! Are you sane?

Well okay, let me come back with some edit here. I'm pretty sure your sane, and I do agree with you on the wrongness of the Citizens United decision. But the rest of my statement stands.
Are you telling me these bastards shouldn't have to pay for the roads that get their product to market, while I do?
Since they receive no benefit from all the effort that goes into an orderly society, they shouldn't have to share any of the financial responsibility?

Fact stands, I, you, we, can survive without the existence of any single corporation. Any single corporation wouldn't even exist in the first place without a John Q. Public.
They need to pay, or they need to fuck off and die.

All corporate taxes do is take money from investors, through decreased distributions and earnings, and buyers of their goods or services through increased cost. It also DISCOURAGES expansion in the US, ultimately reducing American jobs and makes those same companies less competitive in the global economy. Nearly half of Americans are investors (which I consider one of several civil duties)--corporate taxes hurt them. States for decades have used similar approaches, zeroing or reducing business taxes, to stimulate economic growth and attract business, often with dramatic results like Vermont did during the 80's--it would likely be a huge and lasting boast to the US economy as well. I'm all for increasing individual income taxes, particularly if small business owners with employees receive substantial deductions, to compensate for the temporary lost revenue. This is the alternative plan all republicans should be pushing, and they should "pass it right away" (lol)

More Republican dogma -- the mean-spirited corporate-purchased war-mongering selfish party. Meh. But what have we on the other side of our political coin? The equally-corporate-purchased spineless let's-continue-with-the-war folks who pose as liberals.

I know that corporations are people -- the highest court told me so. Funny, because they don't give a damn about people. They will go anywhere to find cheap labor and offshore sites to launder their money. As far as corporations paying taxes, we've had almost 11 years of basically Republican tax/economic policies of low or non-existent corporate taxes (the Democrats have just continued them) and I see a very sick economy. It may be too sick for Dems or Repubs to fix. Until we get a "corporation free / lobby free" independent President in the WH, this country will continue to spiral downwards.

And you want to reduce taxes even more? That's funny.

We can do this from any of four directions. We can lower corporate taxes on operations within the USA. We can subsidize production made inside the USA. Or we can tariff imports to the point where the price of an import is competitive with the price of (taxed) production within the USA. In the case of utilities, there is a fourth option to remove taxation altogether and just lower the regulated price they are allowed to charge for their services to a lower level. Other manufacturing businesses then benefit from the cheaper electricity.

The third option, tariffs, is the only one that doesn't negatively impact the government's tax revenues. That's a good thing if we're hoping to balance the budget. The fourth option has the advantage that it might cut down on unnecessary paperwork (making it more difficult for accountants to feed their families ) .

We are global now and few manufactured products in the US don't involve substantial imports. This is why tariffs don't work. They rise the price for everyone resulting in lower profits, less ability to expand in the US and ultimately serve as just one more reason to move the business overseas to avoid the tariff altogether, especially for anything that will be sold overseas anyhow. Like taxes on US corporations, its just one more attempt to bite the that feeds the American worker jobs.

The only reason our workers can afford to buy non-subsistence goods is because we overpaid them enough to give them a disposable income in the first place. It's called "Keynesian Economics", and it's been very effective prior to globalization. We can't have it both ways. We can't both 1) - Sell to our workers, and 2) - Not overpay them enough to be able to afford to buy stuff. There's no way to define a self-consistent global system wherein underpaid workers perpetually sell goods to overpaid workers. It would never be sustainable. Eventually the overpaid workers will be out of a job, or they'll accept lower wages, and if they accept lower wages they won't be consumers anymore ...... and that's where we are right now.

The minimum economic activity in any modern society happens when workers are getting paid at a subsistence level (or near it). And a lot of Americans are moving to that point right now. They're employed, but only barely, or working several part time jobs just to make rent. Once consumption drops to just subsistence goods, the economy has to drop to just a small fraction of its productive potential, because it only requires a small fraction of our labor force to provide that. The only way to tap our full productive potential is to set a higher goal, one that requires our full labor force to meet (which is what it means to pay workers more).

How can we do that, and trade with places like China at the same time? How would that ever not be a contradiction?

    (continued from above)

THE FOLLOWING IS SOME OF THE BEHAVIOR OF (AVID/LOYAL) RUSH RADIO/ FOX NEWS LISTENERS.

The (Avid/loyal older) Rush radio/ Fox news listeners that I know, will not even listen to (or) read any information (or) believe any information source, other than Rush radio or Fox news. If I even try to show these (avid/loyal older) Rush radio/Fox news listeners a Michael Moore or Bernie Sanders video they will not listen to it, or watch it (or) then will get physically upset (or) they walk away from the TV set.
These people will only believe infomation from Rush radio or Fox news. Any other infomation source is considered to be liberal, socialist, and communist lies.

HOW (AVID/LOYAL) RUSH RADIO AND FOX NEWS LISTENERS REACT WHEN I TALK TO THEM ABOUT TAX RATES OF WEALTHY AMERICANS.

When I try to talk to avid Rush radio/ Fox news fans about tax rates of wealthy Americans, they will not have a real conversation, they only repeat simple statements created by the arttpm, like the following.

"what do you have against the rich"
"the rich pay all the taxes"
"raising taxes on the rich hurts everyone in America"

They protect the rich and big corporations like attack dogs.

How (avid/loyal) Rush radio/ Fox news fans react in conversations about global warming.

I tell them that 97% of climate scientists say that global warming is happening, I tell them every respected pier reviewed scientific group on Earth says that global warming is happening, I tell them that I can show them a (100) sources saying global warming is happening. But I cant get to them to believe global warming is happening. THEY ARE GONE !!!!!!!!

(and once again after the conversation, they only repeat phrases created by the arttpm., like the following.)

"valcanos put out more carbon than all gas engines"
"climate change is normal, it has happened a lot in Earths history"

Its (almost funny), Rush radio/Fox news fans trust reporters like Rush Limbaugh in matters of science, more than they trust a block of 97% of the scientific community.

    (Part 3)

(The following part of these posts will try to show the inside of (avid/loyal) Rush radio/Fox news listeners brains. And show how their brains are flipped.)

(note): The following numbers may not be exact (but they are in the ball park.)
Also, there (are) other factors that came into play that made the stated personal income changes happen. But as I stated, this is trying to show the workings of the republican brain.

the following is a comparison of Democrats and Republicans in the last 30 years.

When (republican) Ronald Reagan came into the White House there were small deficits and a very small national debt. Then R. Reagan did the supply side formula, and then there were huge deficits and a exploding national debt.

Then the (democrat) Bill Clinton reversed Reagans suppy side formula and then all of a sudden our government has huge surpluses and Bill Clinton actually started to pay down (parts) of our national debt. Bill Clinton created surpluses and paid down (parts) our national debt.

Then (republican) G.W. Bush inherits a White House that has surpluses and is paying down (parts) our national debt. And then G.W. Bush brings back Reagans supply side formula, and once again there are huge deficits and our national debt explodes again.

Its plain and simple, (supply side) republicans come into America's White House and create huge deficits and explode our national debt. Thats because tax cuts do not really increase government revenues.

But at the same time republicans say and believe that the democrats spending will destroy the USA. (This is not reality, the republicans spend 2-5 times more money than the democrats , their brains have been flipped.)

The following is a look into the republican brain from a slightly different angle.

(a income level time line of the last 60 years in America.)

In the 30 years before (republican) Ronald Reagan America's rich and poor both saw a steady increase in their income year after year. In the 30 years before Reagan poor peoples income went up 70% and rich peoples income went up 75%. Then Reagan did the supply side formula.

In aprox 30 years after Reagan the poor americans income went up 1% and the rich americans income went up 403%. Reagan helped destroy the American dream for poor people. Think about it, in the late 70's if you had a job in a grocery store warehouse you could afford a small house and a car , but today that same person is (lucky) to have an appartment and working car.

Presidents like R. Reagan and G.W. Bush took an America were the rich and poor were both seeing a steady increase in their income year after year. Then they created an America were poor Americans saw their income freeze, while the richest Americans saw their income shoot up 403%.

And today the republicans credit Reagan for making America great, when in reality it was he who started the destruction of the American dream for poor Americans.

Why would any American vote republican?

I can see why America's very wealthy would vote republican, because republicans raised their income growth from 75% to 403%. But for any other group of Americans to vote republican does not make any sense, why vote for a political party that creates huge deficits and huge national debt, while the democrats create surpluses and actually pay down (parts) of our nation debt ?

    Why be a republican ?

(answer): Because the arttpm tells America certain phrases like,

"the democrats spending will destroy us"
"the democrats will turn us into communists" ex. ex. ex.

Then these Americans fall into a propaganda group that are telling them "the democrats spending is destroying us", while its the republicans that create the deficits and dangerous national debt.

And as I speak the arttpm is telling its listeners that the "democrats spending will destroy America" and "the democrats laws will lead us to socialism and communism."

And they are presently blaming B. Obama for problems created by G.W. Bush. Remember G W Bush inherited a White House with surpluses that was paying down (parts) of our national debt, then GW Bush's (supply side) policys made those surpluses disapear, and our national debt take off like never before.

note, If republicans would allow B. Obama to raise the top 5% of America's income earners taxes, to the same rate as Americans making $60,000 a year, our deficits would be much, much smaller.

(another example of the flipped republican brain)
WORDS IN CAPS ARE REPUBLICAN THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS.

    R. Reagan is the president that started Americas deficits and national debt. and the republicans say "REAGAN IS THE GREATEST."

    B. Clinton created surpluses and paid down (parts) of our national debt. and the republicans say, "CLINTONS SPENDING WILL DESTROY AMERICA."

these republican beliefs and statements are (not) reality.

When it comes to the working of government of the USA in the republican brain,

black is white (and) white is black

    (Part 4)

The following is (one) republican belief system, that I believe is insane to the point of being dangerous.

The arttpm threw Rush radio has a phrase, "only the rich pay taxes."

The first time I heard the phrase "only the rich pay taxes" I thought there was something fishy about it, for the following reasons.

1.) I know (2) men that make around $100,000 a year, and both these men send huge tax payments to the I.R.S. (both these men who make $100,000 a year send huge checks to the IRS, so how can "only the rich pay taxes?")

2.) I have also heard Warren Buffet talk for years about how his IRS tax rate is about 1/2 that of Americans that make $60,000 a year. (If certain wealthy Americans pay 1/2 the tax rate of Americans making $60,000 a year, how can "only the rich pay taxes?"

(Read the following with caution, it could cause you to loose your mind !!! )

All of these figures and ideas were created in some republican think tank, on purpose to make tax cuts for wealthy Americans seem great.

At Rush Limbaughs web site area called "only the rich pay taxes" it shows arttpm graphs and states the following, along with several paragraphs explaining how "only the rich pay taxes."

Rush Limbaugh states things like the following,

The top 50% of income earners pay 97% of all income taxes.
The top 5% of income earners pay 54% of all income taxes.
The top 1% of income earners pay 39% of all income taxes.

The above arttpm infomation flips the brains of (certain) Americans.

These (certain) Americans who fall into this, think that it is un-fair that the top 1% of American income earners have to pay 39% of all taxes, even though these same weathy Americans have a about 1/2 the tax rate of people making $60,000 a year.

After (certain) Americans read (or) hear these kinds of corporate think tank figures, they no longer judge taxes paid by the tax rate, but rather by the size of the tax check payment. Certain Americans do not have the mental ability to realize that someone who makes $100,000,000 a year sends a larger check to the IRS than some one who makes $100,000 a year.

    (example)

1.) Warren Buffet making $47 million dollars a year has a 17% tax rate.
    2.) Americans that make $60,000 a year have a 30% tax rate.

Who thinks wealthy Americans are forced to pay too much money in taxes ?
(answer) victims of the corporate arttpm.

And whats really scary about this, is the following. People that fall for the above "only the rich pay taxes" figures, flip their brains to were taxes paid are judged by the size of the tax check to the IRS, not the actual tax rate.

    (example)

Lets (IMAGINE) 2 Americans bellow, one makes $100,000 dollars a year, and the other makes $100,000,000 dollars a year.

    1.) American1 makes a $100,000 a year, and pays a 30% tax rate.
    2.)American2 makes a $100,000,000 a year, and pays a 1% tax rate.

(With the above tax rates, the following taxes are paid.)

American1 pays a $30,000 tax check to the IRS.
American2 pays a $1,000,000 tax check to the IRS.

Victims of arttpm idea that "only the rich pay taxes" will think the above IRS payments are un-fair, and that American #2 is taxed too much.
Just because the American that makes $100,000,000 a year has to send such a large check to the IRS, even though (2's) tax rate is 1% and (1's) is 30%.

And when you mix in loyal Rush/Fox news listeners other beliefs (that Rush/Fox news told them 1,000s of times) like,

"the rich made all the right choices"
"taxing the rich hurts everyone in America" ex. ex.

They fall even more deeply into the belief system that "only the rich pay taxes."

"only the rich pay taxes" (or) "only the rich have a 17% tax rate." ???

I (personally) consider the belief that "only the rich pay taxes" to be insane and dangerous.

    Part 5

The following infomation was taken from the book, "Hostile Takeover", by David Sirota. The following are (some) of the un-true/unreal things republicans were saying (and believing) about economics and Social Security (while GW Bush was in the White House.)

The book also lists many more (simular) un-true statements in the areas of debt, health care, prescription drugs, energy, legal rights, and unions. (not listed in this post.)

I (personally) think that the lies and manipulations that GW Bushs White House said about Social Security is the biggest scam in all of American history.

    ECONOMICS
(1-5) were already stated earlyer in this post.

1.) tax cuts increase government revenues (economists say this is un-true.)
2.) tax cuts create jobs (economists say this is un-true.)
3.) tax cuts stimulate the economy (economists say this is un-true.)
4.) the very wealthy are taxed to much (Warren buffet says this is un-true.)
5.) large corporations are taxed too high (reality:GE corp and 12 other large US corporations have a -0- % tax rate, and these same corporations get billions in tax refunds, so there tax rate is actually (negative billions%)

6.) the death tax effects everyone (reality: it only effects the top 2% of income earners.)

7.) the flat tax is a good idea for all americans (reality: the flat tax is actually a huge tax cut for the wealthy, and a huge tax increase for everyone else.)

8.) companys are forced to pay higher taxes in America than in most other industrialized countries.(reality:America has one of the lowest (actual) corporate tax rates in the world.)

9.) spending not tax cuts is the reason america is in the red. (reality:Reagan/GW Bush tax cuts created our deficits and national debt. republicans put America in the red.)

10.) tax and spend is a recipe for economic disaster (reality: this is how a country has things like police, parks and public librarys ex. ex.)

11.) free trade creates better paying american jobs (reality: in 2001, economists estimated that 3/4 of American workers lost about 12% of their current wages because of free trade deals.)

13.) raising the minimum wage kills jobs and hurts low-income workers (reality: economists say this cant be proven, because states with high min. wages actually create more jobs.)

14.) higher wages mean higher prices (reality: the US department of agriculture did a huge study on this and found this un-true)

15.) low wages are offset by low prices (reality: economists say this does not happen.)

16.) free markets -not regulation- will keep intrest rates low (reality: economists say this is un-true)

17.) republican "free" trade laws make trade actually free (reality: these laws are corporate written and corporate handouts.)

18.) we dont need policies that increase wages because wages are already growing (reality: In the year before GW Bush and D. Cheny said this, American workers wages decreased by 0.6 %.)

The book had ((many)) more un-true beliefs in simular matters than listed above.

    (PENSIONS)
the following are a ((few)) examples of un-true things republicans were saying about pensions in the time of GW Bush.

1.) Social Security is in crisis and going bankrupt (reality: social securitys own actuaries say the system will provide full benifits untill 2041. Congessional researchers say the system is 100% sound untill 2052. There is nothing wrong with social security.)

Note: these figures may be inflated, but I think the republicans are running a huge scam here.

2.) privatizing social security will "fix" the social security system (reality: Wall street will charge $750 billion dollars in transition costs, so every one would get $750 billion dollars less. And if (and when) the stock market crashes that part of every ones social security will just vanish.)

3.) real world examples prove that social security pritatization works. (reality: other countrys and states that have done this, have had their retirees social security checks get much smaller after privatization)

4.) GW Bush said "America should take lessons from Chile on how to run our social security system" (reality: Chile privatized their social security system, and then (according to the World Bank) many of the countrys retirees got around 1/2 less money in their monthly payments.)

Why do they say Social Security is going bankrupt and we must privatize. Its simple, the arttpm's corporate and Wall street funders would love to privatize social security. Wall street would get $750 billion dollars in fees, and the corporations that fund the arttpm would get MASSIVE investment in their stocks, and huge increases in CEO pay.

So when the arttpm wanted to try to privatize social security (In the time of GW Bush, their think tanks created statements to make that idea seem great. Then Rush radio, Fox news, and people like GW Bush started telling everyone these arttpm statements.

ALL OF THE AVID/ LOYAL RUSH RADIO AND (MAYBE) FOX NEWS LISTENERS ARE THINKING SOCIAL SECURITY IS GOING BANKRUPT WHEN ITS NOT (and it is un-true.) THIS MUST BE ONE OF THE BIGGEST LARGE SCALE LIES IN ALL OF AMERICAN HISTORY, AND IT IS GOING ON IN FRONT OF ALL OUR FACES. AND OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE BELIEVING THIS GARBAGE !!!!

Its crazy that corporate (public relations) think tanks, can just create statements, and then have Rush radio/Fox news /and people like GW Bush repeate them. But the real crazy thing is that the statements they tell everyone are complete anti-reality lies, and aprox. 50% of the Americans believe them in some way.

they (GW Bush/Rush/Fox) said S.S. is going bankrupt (and this is not true)
they said, privatizing S.S. will fix the problems with S.S. (but there was no problem, and the pretend fix would cause people to get less money)
then they said we should take lessons from Chile. (but when Chile privatized their S.S. it caused a lot of retirees to get 1/2 less money.)

(What % of things that republicans believe are un-true?)

Its hard for me to think, to come up with a accurate figure, but I feel, I can say, that maybe 30%- 50%? (or much, much more) of all things republicans believe are un-true. It seems almost everything they believe about economics is un-true and not real. And (everything) they believe about Iraq is un-true.

And everything the believe about, corporate profits, stock market problems, causes of high oil prices , the ACLU, CBS and NBC,Bill Clinton and Al Gore, ex. ex. ex. ex. ex. ex. ex. these are all un-true as well.

( Has there ever been a group of people in all of Earths history that have believed more un-true things than American republicans? )

Maybe, one could argue that some UFO or Bigfoot groups believe more un-true things than a republican (or) a (atheist) could argue that religous groups (or some religous group) believes (or believed) more un-true things than a republican does. (Or) one could argue that some cult believes (or believed) more un-true things than a republican. (Or) one could argue that nazi or some communist group believes (or believed) more un-true things than a republican.

Lewis/Smith wrote, that (8) republicans together said 935 lies during the Iraq war (and this was just 8 republicans.)

And you could Google "republican lies about ( )" (taxes, economy, global warming, social security, medicare ex. ex. ex. ex. ex.) And Google all of the un-true things they have said about individual people. And then if you researched and found other articles writen about republican lies, you could come up with over 1500 (or more) untrue things republicans have said and (believed) in the last 15 years.

And if you had everything that Rush radio, Fox news and the republican think tanks like the Heritage Foundation ever wrote/said to the public , you would have many, many, many, many (1,000's) more un-true statements said by the republicans in the last 15 years.

So you can fairly quickly come up with (1500) un-true and un-real things republicans have said (and believed) in the last 15 years.

    (Now back to the questions,)

1.) Can anyone name any group of people in Earths history that have said and believed, (1500) un-true things in a 15 year period?

2.) Can any one name a Bigfoot or UFO group that has said (and believed) (1500) un-true things (that can be proven to be un-true) in a 15 year period?

3.) Can anyone name a cult that has said and believed (1500) un-true things in a 15 year period?

3.) Could a (athiest) list 1500 un-true things that a Christian (group) or Muslim ((group)) has said and believed in a 15 year period ?

4.) Can anyone name a nazi or communist group that has said and believed (1500) un-true things in a 15 year period?

5.) And as stated before, if you went threw everything Rush/Fox/and republican think tanks ever said/wrote, you would have many, many, many, many, many (1,000's) of un-true statements.

Is there a UFO/ Bigfoot/ religious group/ cult / nazi group /or communist group that has ever said/printed many, many, many, many (1,000's) of un-true statements in a 15 year period ?

(Here) at this moment, the American republican party stands as the group of people who have said (and believed) more un-true things than any other group of people in the history of mankind in a 15 year period.

And they are 45%-55% in control of the government of the United States of America.

    "IRAQ"

Chances are you dont know about the following unless you have Freespeach/Link TV on satalite.

Google search "project for the new American century." It is a republican think tank that D. Rumsfeld, Dick Cheny, and many other members of the GW Bush White House are/were members of. They had plans to Invade Iraq many, many, many years before Sept 11.

This think tank is a group of corporations in the oil, war base building, and weapons bussiness. For years before Sept 11 they have pushed plans to Invade Iraq. They were a group of corporations that would all profit greatly from invading Iraq.

The excuse they used was that Sadam Husane had to be taken out of power because he was a horible man, (and this is true) but this think tank does not care about horible dictators in Korea, or nazi like dictators in Africa. They only want to remove dictators from countrys that have lots of oil pipe lines, and were you have to build lots of bases to get to them.

Many years before Sept 11, Cheny and Rumsfeld signed their names to articles titled things like "why we should attack Iraq now" (and) "why it makes sense to bomb Iraq."

Dick Cheny has I think $60 million dollars in his private checking account from Haliburton, and after the war Haliburton corp'(s) saw their profits go up 700%.

After we invaded Iraq all kinds of American corporations went there from building companys to public water companys. Billions of dollars have just vanished, and when these corporations build a $100 dollar water well in Iraq, they charge $1500.

Its so sad, they attacked Sadam Huesane (Iraq) in the name of Sept 11, when he (Iraq) had nothing to do with Sept 11. Germany had more al qaeda cells than Iraq. And I heard Donald Trump say, "Sadam Huesane actually had orders out to kill al queda because he feared them becoming a powerful force in his country and taking away from his power.

1.) The republicans invaded Iraq in the name of killing al qaeda.
2.) Iraqs government had orders out to kill al qaeda.

    This is classic republican.

And the sadest and dumbest thing is this. Right after Sept 11 , 95?% of the Arab world was on Americas side. Large groups of Arabs were in the streets holding candles in honor of the Americans that lost their lives. Even all the Arab highest level religous leaders were calling the Sept 11 attacks evil.

The big Arab religous leaders were saying Al Quada were not true muslims. This was a chance for coming together, this was a chance for the Arab people to stop Al Quada themselves.

But then America started talking of attacking Iraq and it upset the rest of the world, because they were all smart enough to know that Iraq had nothing to do with Sept 11.

And in all the talk of attacking Iraq, the 95?% of upset muslims on our side went away, because they had to start thinking about crazy America going over there with all of its (weapons). So then all of the Arabs on our side disapeared, and all the Al Quada like gansters/thugs/idiots were able to over run the streets.

The Bush White House did not even talk to the 95?% of Arabs on our side. They were all to busy making the project for the new american centurys dreams come true.

Corporate think tank plans are why we went to Iraq. (I think the Israel lobby liked it too.)And Corporations that sell/deal weapons and oil wanted it also, they had plans on the table for years.

And after Sept 11 the arttpm threw D. Rumsfeld/ D. Cheny and others in the Bush White House were able to make these arttpm dreams come true.

Charles Lewis and Mark Readings-Smith wrote that, "In the 2 years after Sept. 11, 7 top members of the Bush administration, made at least 935 false statements about the Iraq war. They had to lie to get to Iraq, after all Iraq had nothing to with Sept 11, besides them killing Al Quada.

But if you dont have satalite tv, and free speach/ linktv you just dont hear about these things. These (2) TV stations have about (20) shows about America, that every one in America needs to see.

I have heard that in American history their have always been a ((few)) very wealthy men, that have always approached government, to actually abolish all government. I think these wealthy men see themselves as leaders and government themselves (they are already in control of their workers/politicians), and they see government as a pest, stopping their corporation from doing what it wants to do.

These wealthy mens way of thinking came out 100% in the (corporate backed) libertarian party.

The liberatarian party is also conected with (a few billionaires) who started of the arttpm. The platform of the libertarian party is the ultimate dream of major parts of the arttpm.

The Libertarian party platform is beyond radical and insane. They want to abolish every government agency that can tell large corporations what to do. And also abolish all government programs that are (not) needed by Americans with a billion dollars in the bank. As the republicans say, "wealthy Americans do not need medicare, so why should they have to pay medicare taxes ?"

The following are a (few) goverment agencies and programs that the Libertarian party wants to abolish (get rid of.)

the IRS, FBI, CIA, FDA, EPA, FCC, FTC, DOE, Federal Reserve, Social Security, medicare, unemployment benifits, welfare, and public schools.

Without the IRS, EPA, FBI, Federal Reserve, Social Security, medicare, unemployment benifits, and public schools we would be like a third world country. (third world countrys do not have these things.)

In a way, I cant blame (these) billionaires, this is who they are, and they (actually) dont need or want social security or medicare.
Its the Americans that need Social Security and Medicare, why would they vote for a political party that wants to take away (abolish) Social Security and Medicare? (its crazy and makes no sense.)

In the 1980's the (corporate backed) libertarian party would publicly say and write the things they want to abolish. But today the Libertarian party has changed this direct talk and hidden these things in certain phrases and fantasy visions of (charity.)

The following example is how the Libertarian party speaks of abolishing Social Security in 2011.

(the following is a copy/paste from the 2011 libertarian platform)

"Retirement planning is the responsibility of the individual, not the government. Libertarians would phase out the current government-sponsored Social Security system and transition to a private voluntary system. The proper and most effective source of help for the poor is the voluntary efforts of private groups and individuals. We believe members of society will become more charitable and civil society will be strengthened as government reduces its activity in this realm."

note: this libertarian platform speaks of abolishing social security, and then all the needs of oridinary Americans (who did not plan well for retirement) would be taken care of by the charity of private groups and individuals.

(the following is an experiment to see if the Libertarian party (charity) system could work.)

Find a retired American (friend or familly) who gets social security.
Then pick out 100 private (charity) individuals and (charity) groups, as the Libertarian party speaks about above. Then have the retired American goto all your selected groups and tell them, "I need $500.00 for food, rent, and medical care every month, because I made a few mistakes in my retirement planning."

Do you think they will get the money ?

I personally believe that they will not raise this money for food and medical care.

And imagin if the Libertarian party got its way, and all these government programs were abolished. There would be millions (MORE) Americans who would not have enough money.

What charity groups are going to take care of them ???????????????????????????

I know a huge % of Americas children actually goto bed hungry every night (and no charity group gives them all food.)

18,000 Americans die each year because they dont have health insurance (and no charity group is giving them medical care)

The libertarians want to abolish all government aid (like social security and medicare) , and they say increased private charity will fill the needs of these people. How could one expect charity groups to take care of all these people without money and medical care, when American charity does not even give all American children food when they are hungry ???

Were will this increased charity come from ???

What charity groups or structure will take care of Americans who did not plan well for retirement ???

What charity groups will give Americans medical care if medicare is abolished ???

There is no science behind this. Its just the arttpm and few (insane) billionaires who
want to abolish these government agencys because they bother their corporations.

What American that makes less than $100,000 a year would be stupid enough to be a libertarian when they are talking out loud of taking away social security and medicare?

(answer) a victom of the arttpm. These victoms hear some statement from the (arttpm) Libertarian party that they relate too, and then they fall into the (arttpm) libertarian party. And before they know it they are Libertarians fighting to end social security and medicaire, even though they do not have enough money in their own bank account to live without it.
    (this makes no sense.)

    Part 7

My response to many to most of these techniques may be inaccurate,

The main purpose of this post (was) to try to put the arttpm into a scientific format.

Wiki. lists many techniques for generating propaganda. I (personally) see the arttpm using many, many of these classic propaganda techniques.

(note: the democrats may do a lot of these things as well, but they dont seem to say and believe (1500) un-true statements every 15 years.)

The following is a copy/post from wiki. Writen after the wiki. copy/paste phrases I added what I can see the arttpm, threw Rush radio/ Fox news doing. (( The following will be very repetitive, and I may be fully off base is a few of my examples, and many times I will list the same actions for diferent techniques. ))

(note): some techniques that I can not see the arttpm doing have been deleted.

Ad hominem A Latin phrase that has come to mean attacking one's opponent, as opposed to attacking their arguments.

The arttpm says 1000's of times that the democrats will "turn America into communists" (or) "democrats will spend America into destruction" (or) "take away American jobs" ex. ex. ex.
But Rush/Fox do not speak of the actuall laws (or) facts (or) figures. They do not inform their listeners about our debt, deficits, or real problems of regular Americans. They only tell them arttpm statements about corporate America's problems and dreams.
And then they have their listeners believe that corporate America's and regular Americans problems are the same.

Ad nauseam This argument approach uses tireless repetition of an idea. An idea, especially a simple slogan, that is repeated enough times, may begin to be taken as the truth. This approach works best when media sources are limited or controlled by the propagator.

Rush radio/Fox news repeates statements 1000's of times like, "global warming is not happening" (or) "tax cuts increase government revenues" ex. ex. ex.
And from the arttpm repeating things like this 1,000's of times, avid/loyal Rush radio/Fox news listeners believe them as the true even though they are false and not true.

    Appeal to authority
Appeals to authority cite prominent figures to support a position, idea, argument, or course of action.

Fox news uses lots of (so-called) expert people on their shows to explain things about America, economics and science. But these expert people (prominent figures) are all on the payroll of corporate America, and the things that they say as reality are actually un-true according to scientists and economists.

    Appeal to fear
Appeals to fear and seeks to build support by instilling anxieties and panic in the general population, for example, Joseph Goebbels exploited Theodore Kaufman's Germany Must Perish! to claim that the Allies sought the extermination of the German people.

Recently I have turned on Rush radio several times and heard the following being said by republican radio reporters. (note: I do not listen to a lot of Rush radio.)

(1.) talk of a dead women floating in a river for several days.
(2.) talk of black americans hanging from tree's.
(3.) graphic/harsh talk of buses in London on fire.
(4.) graphic talk of 90 year old women being sexually violated in airport searches.
(5.) I heard Rush radio saying something like this. "pigs and heards and Christ."
(6.) distorted talk of hate crimes and race.
(7.) hatefull talk about South Americans.
(8.) talk of Muslims clothes being a danger on Fair rides and causing fights.
(9.) hatefull talk about illegal aliens
(9.) I heard a republican Rush radio reporter using a computer generated voice to say the following 5-10 times in a 5 minute period. "I am going to kill your family." This was a segment about Rick Spingfields recent run in with the police.
( I am sorry for even repeating these things.)

Appeal to prejudice Using loaded or emotive terms to attach value or moral goodness to believing the proposition. Used in biased or misleading ways.

Google search "Rush Limbaugh racist quotes." I saw some at snopes.com that are shocking !!!

Bandwagon Bandwagon and "inevitable-victory" appeals attempt to persuade the target audience to join in and take the course of action that "everyone else is taking".

The arttpm is presently saying things like this "There are Tea partys everywere in America and they are not going away."

Inevitable victory Invites those not already on the bandwagon to join those already on the road to certain victory. Those already or at least partially on the bandwagon are reassured that staying aboard is their best course of action.

The arttpm is saying, "Obama will positively loose the White House next ellection."

Join the crowd This technique reinforces people's natural desire to be on the winning side. This technique is used to convince the audience that a program is an expression of an irresistible mass movement and that it is in their best interest to join.

The arttpm says, "the Tea party is everywere in America and Obama will positivily loose the White House next ellection."

Black-and-white fallacy Presenting only two choices, with the product or idea being propagated as the better choice. For example: "You're either with us, or against us....

"The arttpm says, "republicans are fair and balanced and the democrats will destroy us and lead us to communism."

Classical conditioning All vertebrates, including humans, respond to classical conditioning. That is, if object A is always present when object B is present and object B causes a negative physical reaction (e.g., disgust, pleasure) then we will when presented with object A when object B is not present, we will experience the same feelings.

I am un-able to understand this, but I hope the arttpm is not doing this !!!

    Cognitive dissonance
People desire to be consistent. Suppose a pollster finds that a certain group of people hates his candidate for senator but love actor A. They use actor A's endorsement of their candidate to change people's minds because people cannot tolerate inconsistency. They are forced to either to dislike the actor or like the candidate.

I am un-able to understand this, but hope they are not doing it !!!

Common man The "plain folks" or "common man" approach attempts to convince the audience that the propagandist's positions reflect the common sense of the people. It is designed to win the confidence of the audience by communicating in the common manner and style of the target audience. Propagandists use ordinary language and mannerisms (and clothe their message in face-to-face and audiovisual communications) in attempting to identify their point of view with that of the average person. For example, a propaganda leaflet may make an argument on a macroeconomic issue, such as unemployment insurance benefits, using everyday terms: "Given that the country has little money during this recession, we should stop paying unemployment benefits to those who do not work, because that is like maxing out all your credit cards during a tight period, when you should be tightening your belt."

(my example which may be un-fitting), the arttpm says, "the democrats will spend us into destruction." While economics and history say, R. Reagan and GW Bush added more money to our deficits and national debt than all other presidents combined.

Demonizing the enemy Making individuals from the opposing nation, from a different ethnic group, or those who support the opposing viewpoint appear to be subhuman.

The arttpm says 1,000's of times, "democrats will make us communists"

Dictat This technique hopes to simplify the decision making process by using images and words to tell the audience exactly what actions to take, eliminating any other possible choices. Authority figures can be used to give the order, overlapping it with the Appeal to authority technique, but not necessarily. The Uncle Sam "I want you" image is an example of this technique.

At Rush Limbaughs web site he has ((several)) pictures insulting Barack Obama.
He had one titled "Obama Hood" showing a picture of Barack Obama wearing a hood, dressed up like a black ganster, with his hands full of $100 dollar bills.
To me (personally) Barack Obama is the biggest square I have ever heard talk, I dont think he wants anything to do with a ganster. Rush's pictures of Obama are not reality.

    Euphoria
The use of an event that generates euphoria or happiness, or using an appealing event to boost morale. Euphoria can be created by declaring a holiday, making luxury items available, or mounting a military parade with marching bands and patriotic messages.

Fox news has been doing this with the "tea party."

    Fear, uncertainty and doubt
An attempt to influence public perception by disseminating negative and dubious/false information designed to undermine the credibility of their beliefs.

The arttpm says things like the following 1000's of times "the democrats will destroy America with their spending."

Flag-waving An attempt to justify an action on the grounds that doing so will make one more patriotic, or in some way benefit a country, group or idea the targeted audience supports.

I believe they did this with their selling of the Iraq war.

Foot-in-the-door technique Often used by recruiters and salesmen. For example, a member of the opposite sex walks up to the victim and pins a flower or gives a small gift to the victim.

Fox news has some very pretty women saying various statements.

Half-truth A half-truth is a deceptive statement, which may come in several forms and includes some element of truth. The statement might be partly true, the statement may be totally true but only part of the whole truth, or it may utilize some deceptive element, such as improper punctuation, or double meaning, especially if the intent is to deceive, evade, blame or misrepresent the truth.

Rush radio/R. Limbaughs web site says, "only the rich pay taxes."

But they just show you the total amount of all tax dollars paid by wealthy Americans, they do not tell you that these same wealthy Americans often pay 1/2 the tax rate of some one making $60,000 a year.

Labelling A euphemism is used when the propagandist attempts to increase the perceived quality, credibility, or credence of a particular ideal. A Dysphemism is used when the intent of the propagandist is to discredit, diminish the perceived quality, or hurt the perceived righteousness of the Mark. By creating a "label" or "category" or "faction" of a population, it is much easier to make an example of these larger bodies, because they can uplift or defame the Mark without actually incurring legal-defamation. Example: "Liberal" is a dysphemism intended to diminish the perceived credibility of a particular Mark. By taking a displeasing argument presented by a Mark, the propagandist can quote that person, and then attack "liberals" in an attempt to both (1) create a political battle-ax of unaccountable aggression and (2) diminish the quality of the Mark. If the propagandist uses the label on too-many perceivably credible individuals, muddying up the word can be done by broadcasting bad-examples of "liberals" into the media. Labelling can be thought of as a sub-set of Guilt by association, another logical fallacy. (I may be incorrect in labeling, But Rush/Fox says "Bernie Sanders is a communist" and then they start saying all democrats are communists.)
Latitudes of acceptance If a person's message is outside the bounds of acceptance for an individual and group, most techniques will engender psychological reactance (simply hearing the argument will make the message even less acceptable). There are two techniques for increasing the bounds of acceptance. First, one can take a more even extreme position that will make more moderate positions seem more acceptable. This is similar to the Door-in-the-Face technique. Alternatively, one can moderate one's own position to the edge of the latitude of acceptance and then over time slowly move to the position that was previously.

Rush radio/Fox news says things like, "the rich made all the right choices" (or) "only the rich pay taxes" (or) "corporations made America great."
And when they come to talk about wealthy Americans and corporations tax rates, the Rush/Fox fans think the wealthy and corporations " made all the right choices, pay all the taxes, and made America great."

Love bombing Used to recruit members to a cult or ideology by having a group of individuals cut off a person from their existing social support and replace it entirely with members of the group who deliberately bombard the person with affection in an attempt to isolate the person from their prior beliefs and value system—see Milieu control.

Rush radio/Fox news tell their listeners that they are fair and balanced, and all other media is liberally biased. After hearing this Rush/Fox fans leave nbc, cbs, cnn ex. ex. and replace them with Rush radio fox news.

Lying and deception Lying and deception can be the basis of many propaganda techniques including Ad Homimen arguments, Big-Lie, Defamation, Door-in-the-Face, Half-truth, Name-calling or any other technique that is based on dishonesty or deception. For example, many politicians have been found to frequently stretch or break the truth.

This post has gave the sources (and way to find) about 1600 lies said and believed by the republican party.

Managing the news According to Adolf Hitler "The most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly - it must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over."[12][13] This idea is consistent with the principle of classical conditioning as well as the idea of "Staying on Message."

Rush radio/Fox news have their all time favorite arttpm manipulation (lies) like these,
    tax cuts increase government revenues
    democrats spending will destroy America
democrats will lead America to communism

    Name-calling
Propagandists use the name-calling technique to start fears and arouse prejudices in their hearers in the intent that the bad names will cause hearers to construct a negative opinion about a group or set of beliefs or ideas that the propagandist wants hearers to denounce. The method is intended to provoke conclusions about a matter apart from impartial examinations of facts. Name-calling is thus a substitute for rational, fact-based arguments against the an idea or belief on its own merits.[14]

Rush/Fox they come up with nick names for people they dont like,
"environmentalist wacko" , "communist" ex. ex. ex. ex.

The following is crazy and insane (UFO's meeting the president, Big Foot lives in your backyard, or insane conspiracy like) question,
The billionaire powers that run the US republicans, want to abolish all government agencies, like the EPA, FCC, CIA, and IRS. The real reason they want to abolish these US government agencies, is so these government agencies can no longer investigate, fine, or tax their corporations.

Do you think there could be some US republican group, that is purposely trying to create deficits and debt, so our government no longer has the funds, to finance these agencies, kinda like GW Bush's appointments did in the EPA?

G W Bush already appointed some CEO's to positions in the EPA. As soon as they got the EPA positions, they cut the EPA's staff, so the EPA no longer had the manpower to investigate and fine their corporations. They are already using, a cut and stop method, in the EPA.

Since the time of Thomas Jefferson, certain CEO's have tried to take over government. These CEO's see themselves as leaders, and government as being a pest.
The republican billionaire leaders, already have meetings with each other, to decide what the Tea Party will do.
And these republican billionaires already have meetings, were they choose which lies will be said and repeated, on Fox news and Rush radio each day.

This circle of billionaire leaders, has had a lot of time to evolve since Jefferson.
And if myself and others, are thinking about this bankrupt and eliminate idea, so could they.
Could some of them want to bankrupt America, to get rid of the IRS and EPA, or are they a bunch of greedy idiots?

Sorry for bringing up a (UFO's meet the president, Big Foot lives in your backyard, conspiracy like) question. Just needed to let it out.

Obfuscation, intentional vagueness, confusion Generalities are deliberately vague so that the audience may supply its own interpretations. The intention is to move the audience by use of undefined phrases, without analyzing their validity or attempting to determine their reasonableness or application. The intent is to cause people to draw their own interpretations rather than simply being presented with an explicit idea. In trying to "figure out" the propaganda, the audience forgoes judgment of the ideas presented. Their validity, reasonableness and application may still be considered.

When there is a bill in congress the arttpm does not like, Rush/Fox does not tell its listeners actuall details about the bill, only simple statements like the following,
"this bill will kill USA jobs"
"a bunch of wackos made this bill"
    "this bill will destroy America"

Obtain disapproval or Reductio ad Hitlerum This technique is used to persuade a target audience to disapprove of an action or idea by suggesting that the idea is popular with groups hated, feared, or held in contempt by the target audience. Thus if a group that supports a certain policy is led to believe that undesirable, subversive, or contemptible people support the same policy, then the members of the group may decide to change their original position. This is a form of bad logic, where a is said to include X, and b is said to include X, therefore, a = b.

I cant fully understand this, but I hope the arttpm is not doing it.

Oversimplification Favorable generalities are used to provide simple answers to complex social, political, economic, or military problems.

Rush/Fox, they give their listeners no real infomation or figures, only simple statements like "the democrats will destroy America."

Pensée unique Enforced reduction of discussion by use of overly simplistic phrases or arguments (e.g., "There is no alternative to war.")

Rush/Fox "only the rich pay taxes"

    Red herring
Presenting data or issues that, while compelling, are irrelevant to the argument at hand, and then claiming that it validates the argument.

Very often when I talk to (avarage) republicans about Americas major problems, like our countrys national debt, they change the conversation to welfare. Republicans in debates do the same thing.

Repetition This is the repeating of a certain symbol or slogan so that the audience remembers it. This could be in the form of a jingle or an image placed on nearly everything in the picture/scene.

Rush/fox say (always) "only Rush/ Fox news are fair and balanced."

    Scapegoating
Assigning blame to an individual or group, thus alleviating feelings of guilt from responsible parties and/or distracting attention from the need to fix the problem for which blame is being assigned.

even though R. Reagan and GW Bush added more money to our deficits and national debt than all other presidents combined, Rush radio/Fox news turn around and say "the democrats spending will destroy us."

Stereotyping This technique attempts to arouse prejudices in an audience by labeling the object of the propaganda campaign as something the target audience fears, hates, loathes, or finds undesirable. For instance, reporting on a foreign country or social group may focus on the stereotypical traits that the reader expects, even though they are far from being representative of the whole country or group; such reporting often focuses on the anecdotal. In graphic propaganda, including war posters, this might include portraying enemies with stereotyped racial features.

example: the arttpm tries to label the democrats as communists. Communists are people that Americans naturally hate.

    Testimonial
Testimonials are quotations, in or out of context, especially cited to support or reject a given policy, action, program, or personality. The reputation or the role (expert, respected public figure, etc.) of the individual giving the statement is exploited. The testimonial places the official sanction of a respected person or authority on a propaganda message. This is done in an effort to cause the target audience to identify itself with the authority or to accept the authority's opinions and beliefs as its own.

Rush radio/Fox reffers to Ronald Reagan almost as a God.

Third-party technique Works on the principle that people are more willing to accept an argument from a seemingly independent source of information than from someone with a stake in the outcome. It is a marketing strategy commonly employed by Public Relations (PR) firms, that involves placing a premeditated message in the "mouth of the media." Third-party technique can take many forms, ranging from the hiring of journalists to report the organization in a favorable light, to using scientists within the organization to present their perhaps prejudicial findings to the public. Frequently astroturf groups or front groups are used to deliver the message.

Some arttpm think tanks call themselves names like "Americans for prosperity", Rush radio/Fox news then quotes these think tanks corporate public relations manipulations, while Rush/Fox news listeners think this group is actually grass root Americans trying to make America better, rather than the trueth, that they are trying to increase profits in large corporations that fianance them.

Transfer Also known as association, this is a technique that involves projecting the positive or negative qualities of one person, entity, object, or value onto another to make the second more acceptable or to discredit it. It evokes an emotional response, which stimulates the target to identify with recognized authorities. Often highly visual, this technique often utilizes symbols (e.g. swastikas) superimposed over other visual images (e.g. logos). These symbols may be used in place of words.

when corporate think tanks have fake grass roots public rallys, they commonly have (scare crow) like dummys being carryed around, that show Obama as the devil. Or have a little person dressed up as Obama in a mini Cadilac acting like a fool. And lots of people hold up simple signs about communism.

Virtue words These are words in the value system of the target audience that produce a positive image when attached to a person or issue. Peace, happiness, security, wise leadership, freedom, "The Truth", etc. are virtue words. Many see religiosity as a virtue, making associations to this quality affectively beneficial. Their use is considered of the Transfer propaganda technique.

They consider R. Reagan to be a God, because he fully opened the door for the arttpm.

Heres one, its hard to believe.

I heard that GW Bush's friends own the company, that owns and moves Americas voting machines, that we use for our federal elections. There is a switch in the back of the machines. When this switch is on, it spits out ballots with errors, so the person can fix their ballot. And when the switch is off, the machine keeps the error ballots, and that persons vote is not counted, and the voter does not even know it. When Bush's friends put the voting machines in black neighborhoods, they put the switch to off. And this causes huge numbers of democrat votes to never be counted.

    add on July 2012,

And it seems Fox news and Rush radio, are changing their lies. They no longer say "tax cuts increase government revenues." And they actually appear to be telling their followers, that republicans are not the cause of rich peoples low taxes, they say its loopholes. While they are the party of "trickle down economics."
And then they tell their cult "the democrats are stopping us from raising rich peoples taxes."

What if the republican corporate think tanks, create a new series of phrase lies, that grab 75% of Americans?

I have tried to reach many, many republicans with words, but I dont think I ever made one see reality. They appear to be a pack of social primates, closer than any chimp or gorilla group I have ever seen.

Come on, Chad. Do you really think the Republicans are the only ones who use these tactics? You are so blinded by your ideology, you cannot even see the other side of an argument.

Fear, uncertainty and doubt? How about the standard Democratic tactic of scaring senior citizens into thinking that Republicans will destroy social security and throw granny out into the snow.
Repetition? Did you watch Obama's speech on the jobs bill? He must have said "pass this bill right away" a dozen times, then kept repeating this like a mantra on the campaign trail.
Namecalling and stereotyping? Did you ever hear the word "teabagger"? The "teabaggers" are "racist" don't you know, even though there aren't any actual examples of racism at a tea party event. Unlike the fleabagger, aka OWS demonstrations where you had a guy railing against Jewish bankers. When the Republicans point out that 50 some percent of people don't pay taxes, that's "racist." Huh? Blacks are only 12 percent of the population and lots of them pay taxes.
Managing the news? The mainstream media was is full campaign mode for Obama in 2008. Chris Mathews even got a tingle up his leg. I think something like 90 percent of journalists are Democrats.
Scapegoating? The OWS fleabaggers with democrat support are scapegoating "wall street" and "the rich". Never mind that Obama was the one bailing out wall street.

Nice try at making this a science thread, though.

((((((((( i say the following with all respect (mr.) harold )))))))))))

come on, chad. Do you really think the republicans are the only ones who use these tactics?

No, i realize the democrats use the same tactics, but i dont think i can find (1600) un-true statements said (and believed) by the democrats in the last 15 years. ( as my post stated sources to 1600 un-true statements said and believed by the republicans in the last 15 years.) can you even show me (25) un-true statements said ((and believed )) by the democrats in the last 15 years?

You are so blinded by your ideology, you cannot even see the other side of an argument.

I think i may, i watched the rep. Debate the other night.

Fear, uncertainty and doubt? How about the standard democratic tactic of scaring senior citizens into thinking that republicans will destroy social security and throw granny out into the snow.

On the stage the other night in the rep. debate there was a libertarian with them , read the libertarian party platform, they want to abolish social security and medicare, there is no scare tactic because libetarians are with the republicans.

Repetition? Did you watch obama's speech on the jobs bill? He must have said "pass this bill right away" a dozen times, then kept repeating this like a mantra on the campaign trail.

Yes, in politics you try to pass your bills, and you also speak highly about your bills. And yes, in obama bills there will be corporate handouts.

Did you ever hear the word "teabagger"? The "teabaggers" are "racist" don't you know, even though there aren't any actual examples of racism at a tea party event. Unlike the fleabagger, aka ows demonstrations where you had a guy railing against jewish bankers.

If you had a tea party here in new orleans, 50% or more of the white males that goto it will be racist against black people. There are lots of racists in the tea party (they just dont let it out at tea party events.)
10000000000x more republicans hate blacks and south americans vs. Democrats hating jews. And i think the democrats actually get most of their campain money from the israel lobby (democrats love the jewish people.)

when the republicans point out that 50 some percent of people don't pay taxes, that's "racist." huh? Blacks are only 12 percent of the population and lots of them pay taxes.

Dont forget that these (50% of americans) pay state, payrole, and sales tax. These poor americans pay more taxes than a lot of corporations that republicans love so much. These corp.s like GE have a 0% tax rate (and) get billions in tax refunds as well.
(Literally) Just (1) poor american pays person more taxes than ge corp and 12 other huge us corps. Combined. (check out at ctj , citezens for tax justice.)

(but you never hear republicans talking about them as a tax payer)

managing the news? The mainstream media was is full campaign mode for obama in 2008. Chris mathews even got a tingle up his leg. I think something like 90 percent of journalists are democrats.

But these democrat reporters cant report what they want too. (because these so-called liberal tv stations are owned by ge corp.)
can these main stream democrat reporters talk about our national debt, defits, and americans loosing their jobs and homes ?
Democrat reporters (are not allowed) to speak of these things for more than 30 seconds a month.
But can a republican reporter talk about bill clintons sex life ? 100000000000x more than a demcrat reporter can talk of our countrys real problems.

Scapegoating? The ows fleabaggers with democrat support are scapegoating "wall street" and "the rich". Never mind that obama was the one bailing out wall street.

These people are mad because our government bailed out wall street, rather than ordinary americans who lost their homes in this deal.
Republicans always talk of corporations and rich peoples taxes, they never talk of americans loosing their homes.
would a republican want to bail out regular american home owners ?? hell no.

Nice try at making this a science thread, though.[/quote]

i wish i could do better.

    With all respects,
    chad.
