Are there geochemists/scientists in Russia that currently support the non-fossil fuel theory of oil? We're told by proponents of the fossil fuel theory that this view has changed in russa and that russian scientists now also believe the origin of oil is fossil based, but I dont know if that claim is true.

Sorry, I`m historian, not a geochemists. The fast review of «russian» internet shows that some Russian geologists/geochemists support Abiogenic theory, but this school is not the mainstream certainly. If you are interested, I can find qualified geologist who will review russian works and/or contemporary points of view on this subject.

By "Cybernetics", do you mean prosthetic limbs? Like if a person loses an arm, has Russia done research on how to build a robotic arm to replace it? Or, do you mean something more like the internet ("Cyberspace")?

No, I realize a cybernetics in terms of its founder Norbert Wiener and his followers like a meta-science including control systems, computing, programming, artificial intelligence, synergy, economic cybernetics, biology cybernetics e t.c. In the sixties the cybernetics in USSR was not only pure science; it was a newspeak of soviet science which threatened the language of the official ideology.

Hey, do you have anything on the relationship between the Roman Empire and Rus peoples, how they influenced each other, or the cultural significance of Muscovy's desire to be the Third Rome?
