Hey all, i'm asking around a few places the same question:

Is anyone aware of any Radio stations devoted solely to Science (Physics / Maths is my particular interest)? Either online, or the old fashioned way if broadcast in the UK. If i must have a constant drone pounded through my ears it may as well be something of use, eh?

Thanks in advance to anyone with suggestions.

If it exists, can you imagine what they'd talk about ALL day

Wendy, I am so sorry to hear that you have lost the job that you evidently had only 31 minutes prior to posting this.

Sorry to be late getting to the table...

Radio Newark is not exclusively science / math / physics. There are stories covering engineers and engineering, medicine (Johns Hopkins), TED Talks, updates from the Mars Science Laboratory (courtesy of NASA / JPL), some marine science programs and so on. Yes, The Naked Scientists, too. And lots of International News from broadcast partners in France, Germany, China, UK, and USA. We think Radio Newark is a pretty good science radio station.

Head on over to RadioNewark dot org and look for the "Listen Here" button.

We're a registered charity in the US and plan on being around a long, long time.

You can listen to Podcasts pretty readily.
Not sure if they are still doing it, but Fraser Cain used to have one going for his Universe Today website.
