Can someone tell me, Why an electrostatic field line does not have a sudden break ?

I assume you mean the field lines don't all of a sudden stop but rather appear to go all the way around?
Similar idea to an electrical circuit, if you detach the circuit at anyone point the electrons don't flow around the circuit so the bulb turns off. The field lines go from - to + same as a circuit. If there were a sudden break, no field line.
A magnet without an encompassing field would be a monopole,which can
currently
not be made.
