1. Hi could someone please help me rearrange this equation to get k?

im looking to find the spring constant from the equation.. T=2pie root M/K

thanks

You can handle this easily enough.

Start by squaring both sides of the equation.

4. I honestly have no idea...

T =2pie M /K ??

5. square both sides

T^2 = 4(pi^2)(m/k)

multiply both sides by k

then divide by (T^2)

therefore

k = 4(pi^2)/(T^2)

thanks very much :-D

7. oops missed off the m on the equation

k = 4m(pi^2)/(T^2)
