You can handle this easily enough.
Start by squaring both sides of the equation.

I honestly have no idea...
T =2pie M /K ??
square both sides
T^2 = 4(pi^2)(m/k)
multiply both sides by k
then divide by (T^2)
therefore
k = 4(pi^2)/(T^2)
