let's say that there's a planet 11 light years away from the earth. earth needs to send a drug to that planet, but it's observed that the drug becomes useless after 5 years in a resting frame. a space probe is able to send the drug at 0.9c. can the drug make it to the other planet and still be useful?

I get where that came from Janus... could you teach me how you did that?
The time in the ship relative to the planet is traveling slower through the whole trip right? so that less time passes for the medicine than for the planet. I realy enjoyed the conversation a while ago about the growing mass of fuel as a ship reaches towards light speed.
