I'm having a little bit of trouble finding the kinetic energy of a falling domino, given i know time and the change in the angle. I'm confused about the moment of inertia of the domino when it is falling about its depth. If anyone knows the equation that governs this or some help on how to find it please let me know.

    Thanks.

You can do it by calculating the moment of inertia, but if all you need is the kinetic energy, just calculate how far the center of gravity has fallen. The potential energy, mgh, will be converted to kinetic.
