A positron is an anti-electron. It has a positive 1 charge.

A positron is an anti-electron, with opposite spin and positive charge.

It can only be used in computers in science fiction.

They can be made in small amounts (billionths of grams) using current technology.

Maybe some day we can utilise positrons in computers, but what for I have yet to theorise. But its not impossible

Didn't Asimov's robots have positronic brains? Or Data from Star Trek? Anyway, I don't see any use for them. Why use them instead of electrons? :?

It doesn't have to have opposite spin.
