    Hi!

We had a conversation about "how many stereotypical PURE sounds there actually is" So what do you think? If we would repeat 1 m-second long sound - how many different sounds we would get? Yeah i know - there could be just a little tweaking and you'd get a bit different sound BUT . . . How many STEREOTYPICAL sounds you'd get?

    What do you mean?

There are an infinite number of frequencies. To produce real white noise, it would require an infinite amount of energy, and you'd produce massive amounts of everything on the electromagnetic spectrum. To get near to a real white noise source (if such a thing could exist), you'd be fried in an infinite number of different ways.

If you're not talking about this, I have no idea.
