    what will happen if an electron is suspended between the orbits in which it is supposed to rotate.

    By this you mean the s- p- d- ansoonandsoforth orbitals or shells around an atom-core?

    If so you're fresh out of luck because you do not get an electron "suspended" in between the two orbitals. Does not happen. Period. Go ask Max Planck.
