    Hi, this is my first post and i need some help here, any of you know what is the minimum amount of solar radiation there has to be in order for a Photovoltaic module to work? i really need this data and could`t find it anywhere.

    The amount of solar radiation doesnt matter. One photon will make it work as long as its frequency corresponds to one of the energy gaps of one of the elements the photoelectric material composes of.

    The direct answer to your quest would be: one photon.
