I have a question in my mind. If I have a protocol where lipid nanoparticles have to be centrifuged at 14000 rpm for 10 minutes on 4C but ultracentrifuge at our lab is non-functional. I go to another lab where 6000 rpm can be achieved on 4C. By increasing the centrifugation time can I reach the purification level which I could have achieved at 14000 rpm?
