Your first question makes no real sense your second question even less.

THe answer to your third question is yes, two magents when placed with similar poles facing will repel.

4. emm your first question (i think) is refering to the idea of two electromagnetic waves adding to each other creating one boigger wave. This is called constructive interferance and occurs in all electromagnetic waves which are coherant and in phase where the crests of one wave hit the crests of the other. The electromagnetic waves from an electromagnet will create constructive interferance point as well as destructive interferance points where the resultant wave is the differance between the two where the waves are coherant but out of phase. i.e the pits of hit the crests of the other. These points of construction maxima points are in mid air so to speak and i dont see how it would serve much purpose although the interferance principal is used in holographic backing atorage which is quite interesting. as for q 2 electromagnetic photons will not stand still they will ither tranfer all their energy to an electron or bounce away until it finds an electron it can give its energy too bt they will never remain stationary or slow down ect.

7. no i mean about the effect on matter, is it possible to have the magnetic radiation stick to an object temporarily?

8. Red has answered that, whan a photon strikes matter it will either be absorbed or reflected. remember they travel at around 'c' so they cannot remain 'still'.
