    Can anyone explain how time will be slow near black hall?

    There is no simple explanation that wouldn't lend itself to misinterpretation.

    The only way to properly explain it is to start with the basics (Special Relativity), and build up to it.

    And even then, you're likely going to have to abandon some preexisting ideas you now have about the nature of "time and space".

    You need General relativity, not Special. GPS systems take G.R. effect into account.

    I think I have understood that time will not "be slow" near a black hole.It will only be judged to be slow for someone who is observing events near a black hole from another place.

    For the person or thing actually near the black hole time passes in exactly the same way as anywhere else .
