After watching 3 images 3 replacing one another, and with one moving no apparatus was in my possession that could have done this. So in turn, I've been researching phosphor dots but can not access the patent treasury directory correctly. So in regards to this statement I have a few concerning questions...
If you(him/her) or anyone(them/group) have any knowledge with phosphor dots please notify me so I may ask for your expertise.

All the major patent offices have a search function. For example, the USPTO: https://www.uspto.gov/patents-applic...search-patents

And WIPO has one that should search all countries: https://patentscope.wipo.int/search/en/search.jsf

(Google used to have a specific patent search engine, but they seem to have shut it down.)

Do you have a specific question?

They've moved things around a bit; it used to be featured on their home page. The URL is https://patents.google.com/

I just tried it, and it seems to work. Even better, it now appears to be linked to more than just the US patent database.

That's weird. When I tried it, it didn't work.

Do you mean this image: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped...dge_Inside.jpg

If so, the copper strips are just electrical connections. No phosphor there.
