I have a question that I could realllly use help answering

A solid sphere 2cm in radius carries a uniform volume charge density. The electric field 1cm from the spheres center has a magnitude 39kN/C

    A) what other distance does the field have this magnitude
    B) what's the net charge on the sphere

I'm baffled too. I thought there was no field inside a charged sphere: Electric potential of a charged sphere

This sounds like a homework problem. We have a separate section for that. The forum's policy is for us not to do your homework for you. Please tell us how you have approached the problem; show your work so far. Let us know where you've gotten stuck. Then we'll try to help you get unstuck.

That is dielectric sphere therefore it has volume charge density.
