why should it? it got the same speed as the earth so therefor it doesnt seem to move at all.

7. I think I know what you are trying to say. If so your answer is gravity. The earths gravitational pull makes sure that everything on the earth moves with it.

It is a bit like saying when you are in a car and you drop something why does it not fly backwards due to inertia ? It doesnt because everything in the car including the air molecules are moving at the same speed as the car. To complicate matters, to a "stationary" outside observer, the thing you have dropped would appear to not drop straight down but to drop on a slope. This is all due to relativity and frames of reference.
