    theory: when a siple pendulum swings with a small angle, the mass on the end performs a good back and forth motion called simple harmonic motion. the peropd of the pendulum that is time taken to complete one back and forth motion fepends on two variables the length of string and a the rate of acceleration dur to grav.
    the formula

    t=2pi X square root (l/g)

    but the g depending on the surface of a planet depends on mass of the planet and the radius
    g = GX m/r^2

    how do u work out the wieght of a 100kg person on the surface of a planet?
