# Thread: Does my diagram look right?

1. Is my Vector and Velocity Momentum depicted correctly in my diagram photo?

2.

3. Diagram is missing?

5. that is a figure not a diagram

Diagram - A simplified drawing showing the appearance, structure, or workings of something; a schematic representation.

It is a photo of a guy bowling, but adding the correct elements does make it a diagram.

7. Your 'diagram' its not simplified, nor is it schematic. Naming it a picture would probably be best. But if you don't believe me, open up a science book, and see what they call pictures with arrows there.

8. But to your original question. No, the momentum of tyre ball does change correctly in the path of arm. But the eventual momentum is in the direction of the ball. The momentum of spinning, the angular momentum, is in the axis of rotation.

1. Drawing that illustrates or visually explains a thing or idea by outlining its component parts and the relationships among them.
2. Collection of points whose coordinates satisfy a given condition or relation as in a mathematical function.

Any way...

Thank you.
