Hello, I'm curious is anyway can answer this question:
Does the wavelength of sunlight, or any quality about sunlight, change with latitude [away from the Sun...]? Intensity for sure, but is there anything else? Do other colors in the visible spectrum become stronger or weaker as you move away from the sun?
    ---Thanks

There could be a small effect. The atmosphere scatters short wavelengths more than long (the sky is blue). Near the pole the sunlight is going through more atmosphere than at the equator, so there would be a slight reddening of the sun near the pole.
