yes but that article explains that it happens at human level

if i am to complete a mermim peres square game with my mom, whom im in an entangled state with, ill have more success than if i do it with someone i have never seen, i dont share an entangled state, and this applies to multiplayer games as well

No, you are not in an entangled state with your mom. The idea is that both you and your mom place the +1 and -1 values according to measurements both of you perform on the components of a quantum mechanical system which is in a state of entanglement. So basically you might both be looking at measurements performed on one of two particles which are entangled, and make your decisions accordingly.
