    Hi .

If between two conductive plates at a distance of 50nm released electromagnetic field frequency of 1GHz.
    Casimir effect will work ?

    Thank you .

To the best of my knowledge and understanding the Casimir effect applies only in a vacuum and in the absence of any charge on the conductive plates. Since you are mentioning a field, I do not think the effect will work in your case.

I must readily admit though that I am not 100% certain if my answer is correct - I invite comments from other members of this forum, and if I should be wrong I will happily stand corrected, and will have learned something new :-)
