how electromagnetic waves propogate and what is their effect when they collide on their is changing magnetic field..does that produce electricity when they pass by metal?

Though waves, EMR propagates as though it were particles. When sufficient strike a metal, they can pass their energy onto the metal and cause it in turn to release particles, usually electrons which we recognise as an electric current if there is enough of it. It does depend on how stable the metal is. Some metals release electrons a lot easier than others.

Yes, that is how a radio/TV aerial works; the em radiation generates a changing current in the antenna which is amplified and converted to sound by the radio receiver.
