Synchrotron radiation equation?

I'm looking for an equation that describes the amount (rate) and frequency of light emitted when an electron is accelerated by a given amount for a certain time period. I tried searching for such a thing, but the closest equations I found were beyond me and did not seem to describe precisely what I was looking for. I need the input of the equation to either contain or equal a value in m/s^2 and the output to contain # of photons emitted per second and the wavelength of those photons. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
