I have recently done a search on my name and found that there were a number of my publicly released papers listed on ScientificCommons.org. I am interested to list my papers and patents on a database such as ScientificCommons where they would be available to everybody. The database in question is apparently based in the U. of St Gallen in Switzerland. Some of the papers they list were either unavailable for download or not the best quality, I have been trying to get in touch with them to offer them the following:
    1. a more complete list of the papers
    2. much better quality of the papers.
So far, it has been impossible to get any response from them. Since they speak German, this may be one problem.

My questions of the members here are:
    a. is ScientificCommons the best place to make my papers available to the science public?
    b. If so, how do I get in touch with them?
    c. If this is not the best place, can you please suggest a better one?

    Tks for the help,
    curlgrad

The papers I am referring to, about 20 or so, have already been published somewhere else. I am not trying to publish new papers.
