I dont quite understand what you mean by this. You know you have drawn a simple diagram for a mechanical to electrical converter(a generator) yes?

I'm not a physicist, however I am a product designer, and there are a few questions you have to answer before you start spending time on this idea:

-What are the existing alternatives to produce electricity from a rotating
    object ?

-How much electricity would your system produce in comparison to
    existing systems ?

-How much would your system cost to build, in comparison to existing
    systems ?

I'm not sure if it is a must for any explanation to be complex and detailed, to be properly understood. The simpler and the more it focuses on the core of the issue, the better.

i don't think it'll work. This is the model of a normal electro engine

    (Coil) (+)---------(-) (Coil)

And the middle part rotates and brings a stream of energy around.

if the engine / generator you designed turns nothing happens, becaus all sides have a positive and a negative pole already. Like bellow

    (Coil) (+/-)---------(+/-) (Coil)

    Or did i misunderstand you?
Growing up, i marveled at star-trek's science, and ignored the perfect society. Now, i try to ignore their science, and marvel at the society.

Imagine, being able to create matter out of thin air, and not coming up with using drones for boarding hostile ships. Or using drones to defend your own ship. Heck, using drones to block energy attacks, counterattack or for surveillance. Unless, of course, they are nano-machines in your blood, which is a billion times more complex..

    Maybe I did too.
Now I look at it again I would have thought the complexity would almost certainly make it less efficient than current generator technology. And yes there is no pole switching system.
