Lets say if it was possible to go faster than the speed. Would time exist for the object traveling at or near C. I think the answer would be yes. I would like to get the community's opinion on this though

1. There is no such thing as absolute velocity. In the rest frame of an observer, no matter how fast the observer is moving with respect to you, time and everything else proceed quite normally. That is why the theory is called relativityOriginally Posted by Gnostic_Pneumatic

A photon is just a particle, it doesn't really experience anything, but we usually allow some artistic licence and say "the photon doesn't experience any time because it's travelling at c". However time still exists for the photon, even though the photon doesn't experience any, because it is still subject to events in the universe. To understand this, imagine yourself to be travelling at a high fraction of c. You're then getting somewhat like the photon, and you don't experience much in the way of time. But I can put an asteroid in your way. BLAM! And your time is up!
