I believe in the future stem cells will cure everything and stop the aging process, and I also think that any mammal travelling at high speed would be affected by failing organs and a weaker immune system (just my opinion).
So, two people of the same age are on Earth. They are identical twins, twin A and twin B, they are 20 years old. Twin A boards a spaceship and begins to travel near the speed of light, Twin B remains on earth. 40 years later Twin B, still on earth is now 60 years old but thanks to stem cells he looks and functions still like a 20 years old. Twin A has just returned to Earth and (unless he died in the first few hours) he looks much older than Twin A because he didn't take any stem cells.
    Any thought on this?
    Thanks.

You have zero data to support your opinion.

    Opinions are not science.

I didn't say I have any data to support my opinion, and I don't need your patronizing answers. I am just asking a question, you are not answering as usual, you are just patronizing.

    P.S.
I saw your previous posts, you have never asked any question, you have never raised any doubts about anything, and this just shows your lack of creativity and imagination. You are good at quoting, that's it, I don't need your help.

I think you may want to do the math. Do the calculation to see how much Twin A has actually aged during the 40 years relative to earth time... relative to his Twin B brother.

Once you've done that, it will be much easier to see how old Twin A is relative to his own reference frame... his own time.

So... It could be something like Twin A has aged 1 year, but Twin B has aged 40, and the numbers will show that.

Once you know that, and you've brought Twin A and Twin B back together, you can truly compare their ages... regardless of stem cell magic, and see if "stem cells" is enough to overcome the difference (like 39 years or whatever).

High speed has no effect on biology, as speed is relative. You right now are moving at some high speed relative to some reference and it is causing you no problems. (do not take this to mean that that will not be an age difference for the twins, as the twin paradox involves how the twins measure time differently)

Inconsequential, just because twin A has benefited from medical science does not mean that he did not experience 60 yrs of personal time. His brother on the other hand, will have experienced less than 60 yrs of personal time.

The point of the whole exercise is that all other things being equal, twin B will age more than twin A.

All true (mod the typo at the end). But the OP's premise, ignoring the nonsense about the effect of speed on organs, has to do with denial of some miraculous stem cell cure for aging. So basically the subject of the OPs post is a currently non-existent treatment based on an unknown phenomena involving stem cells -- pure pseudoscience.

Whatever that is, it is not physics.
