Is it possible to build a laser that operates in the radio frequency range, like between 100 mhz and say 3000 mhz? Would it have all the same properties as a normal (light) laser, of being a single coherent beam, with the same polarization throughout, or are some aspects of the laser effect impossible for those frequencies?

I'm kind of thinking of, like, a radio equivalent of like a laser light pen, except I'm sure the apparatus would have to be larger.

Yes, they exist already naturally and are called masers ("light" is replaced by "microwave" in the acronym).
