Hi, before I begin I would like to say I am only 14; please forgive me if this suggestion is utterly stupid.

In quantum fluctuations there are virtual particles, these particles appear to be ex nihilo. My question is: Couldn't the virtual particles be going from dimension to declension like gravitons (as seen in string theory)?

No. That is not how dimensions work.

If they were, I wouldn't expect them to occur in balanced pairs.
