what is the bulk modulus of mercury, oxygen, hydrogen, helium, nitrogen?
what is the density, young modulus, shear modulus of solid helium?

James, have you not yet got the idea tha we don't do your homework for you? That we don't look up refrence books that you could just as easily look up. What is it about the idea that you don't get? At least demonstrate you have tried to find answers to these questions, then some might be more encouraged to help out.
The bulk modulus of mercury is 28.5. If you want to know the units show me that you've made some effort. (By the way it took me just thirty seconds to find that out. So what's your problem? Why couldn't you do the same?)
. ....
i just Form 1...so,you think this is my homework?
i am interested in physic....so i find information...
i also knows the bulk modulus of mercury is 28.5GPA..i find it from other network..
but i feel strange.the density of mercury is 1353.4kg/m3.the speed of sound in mercury is 1450m/s.so i thnik the bulk modulus of mercury 2.85GPA...i have found the bulk modulus of water, lead, gold, silver, iron, diamond, copper, pottasi um,sodium, berylliam and solid helium.
if i know,will i ask????!!!!!!
i feel despair because this forum doesn't help me to solve the problem!
i just a student, will i have the apparatus to find the bulk modulus of substances?!
i hope you can help me.....but.....
i feel very despair!
i help you can answer me all the question.
the I suggest the following.Originally Posted by ~James~

Tell the forum members what you have found out so far.
Explain to the forum members that you still lack some information.
Do not just post requests for information with no explanation at all.
I know it is difficult working in a foreign language, but making blunt requests like the Opening Post is rude. Try to give more information in future.
i want to know this because i want to know how the bulk modulus, possion ratio, density and shear modulus affect the speed of sound.
i have found the bulk modulus of water, lead, gold, silver, iron, diamond, copper, pottasi um,zinc, sodium, beryllium.i have found the young modulus and shear modulus of lead, gold, silver, iron, diamond, copper, pottasium, zin c,sodium, beryllium.i have found the density of all substances that i list above.now..i don't know the bulk modulus of carbon dioxide, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and helium.i don't know the density, shear modulus and young modulus of solid helium.i don't know the poission ratio of sodium, solid helium and pottasium.who can help me?
can ophiolite help me.......
