and that even pushing it it remains hold in the sharp corner with a non electrical build up?

ive dedicated the last 7 years to this and i have just made an experiment that makes me think i can do it

do you think this is posible?

the more people says is imposible the more it will be worth to try building it

I agree with DrRocket on this one. I can't make sense of what you said.

an stable non electrical inverted pendulum that has the cog above the axle and yet is stable

that would allow to build a box that remained vertical on its corner

For any such device, first consider what would happen if you welded all the moving parts together. If it would fall over, then it still will even if things can turn.

Sharpen the corner, and pound it into the floor. Then it will stand on the corner.

Yes that might be possible (but the way I imagine it it would need one or two solarcells on the outside to keep it standing for longer time) and quit simple to build actuallly but you explain first.
