ok... light is waves or signals like we use to transmit radio and television but just at higher frequensy and light in general is a combination of many frequensys at once so as we all know if we dont search on the right frequensy on the radio we get noise\static due to weak signals that cud actualy be from the light...
ok... so sins light is electro and magnetic waves it shud be stoped by led and iron plates like is being used to protect agains emp and magentic fields on signal wires. (yes ofc a metal plate stops light) but there is lots more light then we can see.

So here is my question: asuming all above is true.. whoudnt we actualy receave 100% nothing aka silence insted of static on ouer radio then if we turned it on in a room ..say.. 10m under ground with copper plates in the walls?

Some of the noise that you interpret as "static" in a radio is generated by the components of the circuits in the radio. That component of noise would still be present inside a perfectly shielded room.

If you want silence from the radio, disconnect the power cord and/or take out the batteries.
