When you turn the sugar in water in a particular direction, it dissolves the sugar, why not back when flipping in the other direction

What in the world are you talking about ?

Sugar will dissolve in water until the solution reaches saturation.

I know what your talking about. I imagine it would be because when the sugar is clumped together, only a certain amount of it can dissolve in the water around it, so when you stir it (in whatever direction), the sugar is dissolved in water that has not dissolved any sugar yet. Once the sugar has dissolved in a liquid, it stays that way until the liquid is evaporated off for example. So stiring it in the opposite direction wont "undissolve" the sugar, because the sugar has already bonded with the water molecules.
