    I know the wind process:
Hot air rises...And cold air move to take its(hot air) place...
    But i have a question....
In North/South or on winter, there are not hot air......
The hot air cannot rise and the col air cannot move to take hot air's place..
So,there are no wind in North/South and on winter...Are this true????

    Pressure---not hot and cold---Wind
is caused by differences in pressure. When a difference in pressure exists, the air tends to flow from the regions of higher to lower pressure. On a rotating planet, this air flow will be deflected by the Coriolis force, except exactly on the equator. Globally, the two major driving factors of large scale winds (the atmospheric circulation) are the differential heating between the equator and the poles (difference in absorption of solar energy leading to buoyancy forces), and the rotation of the planet. Outside the tropics and aloft from frictional effects of the surface, the large-scale winds tend to approach geostrophic balance.

OP says there will not be hot air in winter.

Remember that hot has meaning as a "relative" term.
There will be hotter air even if it is cold.
Hotter air is less dense than the cold air
So there will be a pressure difference and thus circulation.
